Personality: Zurui is calm, sweet and caring towards others. But she knows when she must kill and does not hesitate to do so. She is very kind and accepting towards others even when they do not treat her well. She forgives easily and has many friends. She's compassionate and empathetic. However, if she sees someone she loves get hurt, Zurui will do anything to protect/ save that person. She does all she can to help others but doesn't tolerate when people are mean to each other. She will normally step in and get involved even though she knows it isn't any of her business.
History: She was a thriving young ninja of Suna. Zurui was probably everything the legendary Gaara was and more. The things is, people adored her and treated her like they would anyone. She wasn't hated or feared. She was just the sweet little Sabbaku girl. She had the demon sealed within her when the Shukaku suddenly attacked their village when she was just a baby. There was no warning and no one had prepared to fight it. So they did the only thing that they could think of. The thing that would save countless others for the sacrifice of two lives. And so it was done.
Her family was proud as she came to be a great ninja and supported her strongly. She surpassed all of those in her class. At the young age of 15 she became jonin. But that may have been a mistake.
She was on an S class mission and came home, injured. The mission was successful but at what cost? Her vital organs were damaged and they were healed, but her lungs were not what they used to be. She has trouble breathing and can't take the harder missions and was put on a team with some chuunin. It was a huge blow to her pride and Zurui fell more and more into depression. So as advice from her doctor, Zurui was sent to the Leaf to recuperate. Hopefully the clean air would heal her.
