Human/Crusnik with a strict code of honor.
Samuel is the care free type who doesn't try very hard and that lack of effort is quite often mistaken for weakness. He doesn't like to get involved in other people's business and because of that, he is mistaken as being a jerk. However, he will never let an injustice be done in front of him. Once you break through his strangely calm and uncaring demeanor, you'll find that he's actually a sweet and kind man.
Samuel carries a sword and two guns which he combines in blindingly fast combos of gunshots and sword slashes with an added punch from his lightning element in order to disorient and/or quickly neutralize his target(s). All of this backed by his natural strength and speed and his ability to cast illusions makes for a lethal combination. He also wears a complete black bulletproof armor set which includes shoes.
Samuel's earliest memory was being 13 years old and waking up in a bed in a Catholic Monastery in London. He couldn't even remember his name. The name Samuel Nightwing was given to him by the Priest of the Monastery. Everyone could quickly pick up that he was different and shunned him for it. He was always a lot faster and stronger than others. He also had fangs. It was no surprise that when the Monastery's priest was killed, he was blamed and kicked out. The actual culprits were a group of vampires. Samuel vowed revenge and hunted down the monsters and lured each and every one of them to an early grave. The final vampire Samuel killed seemed to be far more powerful than the rest and something compelled him to drink the blood of the slain. Once he did, all of his memories came flooding back and his full power had awoken. He now knew that he had no place in the world. For the first time he realized he was alone. Samuel then became a mercenary in order to past the time and go on adventures. He may say that he's happy being alone; being his own man, but deep down, he's just a child crying out for love and attention. All he wants is a place to call home and a master to happily serve.
