Cora has long, wavy dark brown hair that most the time, she'll leave down, she never really liked putting it up. She stands at 5'3, which make sher shorter then most girls at the school, yet taller then most girls at her age. She also tends to act older, due to a bad past, she tends to act more grown up, mature and over all less childish. She always wears the school uniform. but when she gets the chance she'll sometimes wear shorts and nice sweaters that hang from one of her shoulders and tend to hide her hands.
You wont see Cora wearing much makeup, and when she will be it'll just be eyeliners and maybe some lip gloss or lipstick so her lips don't look plain, but it's not very often she'll wear makeup, and it's not to impress anyone. When someone see's her, they'll most likely notice her Necklace she never takes it off, and when someone ask's her about it she'll tuck it into her shirt and quickly leave, and if someone makes a move to grab it, she's most likely become oddly violet, all in all, when someone talks about the necklace her forest green eyes become oddly sad.
She always makes sure that she gets her opinion out, and listens to other peoples too. She understands that everyone has their own opinion, and makes sure not to judge before finding them out. Everyone has their story for why they think what they think, and that's what she's interested in. Everyone can be who they are as long as they aren't rude about it. She likes to hear other's story's, because she's always there for her friends, but when it comes to her and her problems or her story or past she tends to shut off and try to avoid everything possible.
Cora may seem relaxed and lazy, but it would also be obvious to a perceptive person that sheâs alert and ready to act. She like's to pretend that she doesn't need anyone and that she can do just fine on her own, but in reality she knows she cant always be alone, and that may be the saddest thing to her of all. She moves like she has all day to do something, seeming lazy and unmotivated but when it really counts, sheâs frighteningly fast. No warning, no hesitation, when action needs to be taken, she goes for it.
Cora soon picked up little things to find a way to let out all of her bottled up emotions, drawing, writing, and even the Violin. She learned that not even her parents could take these things from her, and if they tried she'd put up one hell of a fight, not caring if she made a fool out of herself during that time. She learned that she was herself, and that no one could take herself away from her, as odd as that may sound.
After more and more years of endless moving around and being bullied by her parents, she finally took it upon herself to put her foot down, she told her parents flat out that she didn't want to move around or be the new girl anymore, that they could either settle down and have a happy family together, or they could send her away and be done with her. Her parent's chose to send her away and keep moving around, not wanting to deal with her any longer.
Cora has to mange being the new girl one more time..but hopefully, it'll be the last time.
