Avatar age: 19
Avatar gender: Male
Avatar species: Human
Avatar appearance: A short, muscular and black-haired youth. (basically a younger Orion)
Avatar stats:
- Strength: 5
- Agility: 3
- Speed: 2
- Charm: 5
Strengths and weaknesses (character): Orion was a business man before and therefore can easily persuade people. He can read people, mask his emotions and lie. Unfortunately his intelligence is all that remains. The years have made him weaker and two recent heart attacks crippled his capabilities even further. He has to make sure he doesn’t get too excited or a third one might happen.
His experience also tends to make him cocky. Orion thinks he knows it all and has difficulty accepting new things. He tries to use the same techniques he has been using for decades, believing them to be still sufficient. Unfortunately both his own physical capability as the galaxy itself has changed. This has made him even more distrustful than before. Not only did he make many enemies back when he was still working, the galaxy has also become seemingly more hostile than before.
Strengths and weaknesses (avatar): His avatar is strong and charming. It’s basically Orion back in his younger days. Even back then he wasn’t particularly fast and agile, but he was muscular. The game has allowed him to take his charm and strength to the extreme. Still, just like his real self, he relies too much on his past experiences and successes, making it difficult to innovate or adjust to new things.
History: Orion used to be a successful business man for a major weapons company. He brokered many, sometimes shady, lucrative deals. This way he made many friends, but even more enemies. This has made him rather paranoid. Until recently he worked 14 hours a day but two subsequent heart attacks forced him to stand down. After deciding the only way he’d ever be able to actually relax was to go far away, he booked a trip on the CSS Sunnyside. He had bought a home in a backwater planet with a mild climate, the perfect place to retire.
Luggage: Some spare clothes, medication for his heart, some books about gardening, a card deck, a newspaper of the day before their departure and a small gun he received as a retirement gift from the company (a traditional revolver with six bullets, his name's engraved on it)
