Arielle gave a coy smile. "You're rather curious for a dragon, do you know that?" He stated. "I've done much in my years, but traveling has by far been the best thing. As for my age, while I'm not exactly considered young, I'm not to old either. I'm looked at as a mere 'young adult'." He stopped for a moment before thinking. "I don't know much about the wolf species, I haven't gotten an chance to study it before. But I do agree, twenty is quiet young in our eyes, but to him, I'm sure he sees it differently."

Teth beamed at the elf, happy to be getting such attention. "Where all have you traveled?", he asked curiously, though he didn't wait long for an answer. "I have never left this village... the King says that it in dangerous for our kind. ...though I will be leaving shortly with the prince and his mate. I'm too accompany them across the sea to rally forces." He looked down a bit as he thought about it, slightly nervous now that the full weight of what he would soon be doing settled on him. He was leaving home... He frowned and poked at his food, suddenly not so interested in talking.

Arielle smiled. "Leaving home for the first time is something to be nervous about, but once you start seeing the wonders of the world you've never seen before, that will change. There's nothing wrong with missing your home, I know I miss mine dearly and I haven't been gone all that long." He explained, placing a hand on the dragon's. "Everything will be fine." He assured.

Teth smiled back at the elf and nodded slightly, enjoying the comforting feeling of the other man's hand on his own. He turned his hand and held on to the elf's, squeezing it slightly. "What sort of wonders are out there?", he questioned. "I'm afraid I don't know much and I fear my naivety will not do me very well out in the world. We will be going so far, and I have no clue of what to expect on the other continent... but thank you for reassuring me."

"Are you ready...?", Kim asked softly, as he looked over at his mate, who seemed to be watching the dragons and elves intermingling over food. Cisur was beside him watching as well, having finished his meal not long before. The only one absent from their group was Teththther, and Riam as well of course, though Kim had no way of knowing whether or not he was really there. "We should hurry on before the sun is too high." He glanced over at Fen and Cisur and frowned slightly. Though his memories weren't the best, he knew instinctively how hot the deserts were around his childhood home, and was a bit worried that his mate and the elf would not be able to stand it. "As it is...", he stated. "We will already need to stop and seek shelter from the heat before too long."

Fen nodded and stood from his seat. "You're right. The sooner we set out the better." He replied. "Teth, we need to go." He said, making sure the other dragon heard him. They had stayed long enough and he was ready to get to the next part of their adventure. There was no telling what was going to happen after they left, but he was ready to take that in stride. After all, he now had Cisur and Teth with him and Kim, so it wouldn't be just them anymore. There were more people to protect and his alpha status now told him so.

Arielle chuckled a bit. "It looks like you will find out for yourself. Perhaps we'll meet again someday." He said as he waved the dragon off once he stood. The elf was a bit sad to see the dragon go, but it was best. He couldn't return home to his betrothed if he grew anymore feelings for this dragon that he'd just met.

Teth smiled and waved at the elf as he went over to join Fen and the rest of the group. He was a bit sad that he couldn't stay and get to know Arielle better, so he hoped he would still be there when they all returned. Though... when they returned, he was sure it would be to a war zone. He frowned and shook his head, suddenly noticing another elf was standing with them. Teth wanted to introduce himself, but the elf looked quite mean... and it was a bit odd that he had half of his face covered by hair. How did he see?

Cisur frowned as another dragon joined them. This one was small and looked young, and the elf couldn't help but think he would be nothing but a burden. With a small sigh, he turned to Fen, waiting for him to give them the command to head on. Honestly, he wasn't sure how good of a leader the wolf-cat was, but he supposed he would see. With Kim included, they had quite a rag-tag party... or 'pack' as he was sure Fen would call it.

"Once we are out of the city, the mountain path will split into two parts.", Kim started, speaking mostly to Fen, but loud enough so that the rest of their group could hear. "My father has told me that taking the left path will lead us west through the desert... it will be perilous, but I am told it is the quickest way to reach the shore, and there are settlements on the way that we might seek shelter at."

Fen nodded and started out of the large room. "Then we're setting off in that direction. While I'm not looking forward to desert, It'll be good to see home again." He stated as he led his friends down the hall. He was eager to get moving. He wanted to run free for once, not be cooped up in some over heated dragon den. Not that he didn't like it there, but he missed his snowy winters and mild summers. Come to think of it, winter was going to be starting soon back home. He would have to get some clothes when he reached the other continent or he would freeze. Though he still had plenty of time before he needed to think about that.

The group followed after Fen diligently, Kim close by his side, Teth behind them, and Cisur bringing up the rear. They didn't look back as they left the dragon village, though Teth sorely wanted to. He hadn't even gone beyond the gate yet and he was already home sick and heart sick as well.

Cisur on the other hand, looked towards the horizon with determination. Since the demon had wounded him, he'd constantly been on the look out for things to occupy his time, and a difficult journey was just as good as any. He almost hoped that there would be enemies and difficulties in their path, though he did admit to being a bit worried for the young dragon with them. Had this boy ever even seen danger or hardship in his life?

"Here is the path.", Kim stated, pointing off to a wide split in the rocks that seemed to go on forever. "I have heard that harpies live up in the rocks, so we should be careful not to upset them."

Fen nodded, ready to practically take on the world. "Let's go then." He stated as he started down the path. "Besides, If we don't bother them, perhaps the harpies will even be friendly." He added as he continued, not hesitating to make it way forward. It was a long journey ahead of him and his pack, but he was more than ready to go. There were so many things to see, so many places to go, and so many new people and creatures to meet and make friends with, he couldn't just let that slip by him. He was out to stop an on going war by practically starting one, but was that really what he was supposed to do? He supposed that was going to be something he had to deal with when it came up.
