Devil fruit Ability (if having devil fruit): To manipulate the blood that runs through her veins, using this to change the chemicals flowing about her body and even deny some parts vital chemicals to purposely numb them out. She abuses this ability to sate her curiosities with various unknown poisons and medicines, injecting them into herself to find their affects, but allowing her to do so without harm (Unless the reaction is a extremely volatile one).

Equipment: With him he always carries the prized cane of her father, in which she hides a rapier-esc weapon that is tipped with a chemical of her choosing. For her arsenal she uses her passion for alchemy to create different needles, potions and poisons to use on her opponents, who in those situations she refers to as 'test subjects'.

Appearance (either describe or image...or both if you want too): Her rich background is shown in the clothes she tends to wear, a dark purple vest over posh green shirt along with a match pair of trousers. She always includes a dusty old satchel over her shoulder (Filled with her medical books and supplies) and a silver pocket watch in her breast pocket. Stark contrast to her neat short mop of crimson hair.

Personality: Usually a calm and reserved person, leading life with the manners her parents made sure she had always learned and addressing most people she finds with a polite demeanour. This however can change in extreme situations, whether sweating over a new chemical or indulging in the taste of a new discovery, she can become enamoured with very eccentric and embarrassing behaviour that usually comes back to make her regret it. In the room of a sick patient she in of the up most seriousness and tolerates nothing less. And in moments where she feels hopeless, she is easily overtaken and clamps up in fear.

Bio: She was born to rich parents, who raised her right and proper. Her father, being a doctor, seemed to pass on his occupation to his daughter when she became interested, perfectly okay with sinking so much money for her to properly learn the ways of medicine. Throughout her life she found herself enamoured with puzzle pieces and fitting things together, making her come up with the conclusion that everything in the world has a place that it fits in neatly like a piece of a gigantic puzzle. This fuelled her later obsession with chemicals and what mixture is the right one, fascinated that the chemicals were much akin to a multi sided puzzle, there were many places they fit with each other and she vowed to find them all.

But, as this is the One Piece world, tragedy was peeking just over the horizon. Her mother had fallen deathly ill with a disease that not even her father was confident he could cure, though she never actually knew of his doubts, his motto was that 'An admittance of failure from a Doctor means we might as well murder the patient'. Sadly, her mother never made it, causing her to begin resenting her father, her confused and mourning state allowing her to form the thought that her father had purposely allowed her mother to perish. In her grief, Kori ran away from home, seeking out this 'Devil Fruit' she had heard so much about through text books; hoping that maybe one would give her the ability to bring back her mother.

Through trial and error, turmoil and hardship, she had finally procured a Devil Fruit after using her medical expertise to save the life of a child whose family had happened to own the fruit. But after eating it, to her horror she found it didn't seem to do anything for her. And she knew very well that no Devil Fruit eater could eat another. She had her one chance, and it was squandered. Returning home a failure she found her father on his death bed, dying of the same disease that his wife had fallen prey to. He died peacefully in his sleep, not able to give her a chance to apologise for all the things she said. So, she took his place as the town Doctor, becoming known for her effective, but harsh treatments. When she realised what her power was and started dealing with more rough surgeries, she began to have been called 'The Devil's Surgeon'
