Danny is a fun loving and energetic kind of guy. he is very friendly, outgoing, sociable. Danny is also something of a jokester, cracking some kind of joke almost every time he opens his mouth. He is also a very kind individual, often helping people at his own expense, especially his fellow mutants. He is very loyal and protective to anyone he calls a friend, but this will usually extend to any other mutant he comes across. It is very hard to actually anger Danny as he will usually take any insult in stride, however a sure fire way to make him angry would be to hurt anyone, especially his friends in front of him. When someone does anger him or endanger his friends, his personality will undergo a huge turn and his easy going, and fun loving demeanor will be replaced with a sense of intense seriousness and uncharacteristic aggression.

▲Control-Danny has excellent control over his powers and is able use his powers from doing anything from creating small and precise ice blasts to causing drastic changes of temperature in the surrounding area with absolute ease.
▲Cheater-Simply put Danny doesn't play fair in a fight especially when lives are on the line, and he will do almost anything if it means winning, even if it's something unfair or dishonorable.
▲Skilled with a knife-Though Danny isn't very skilled when it comes to hand to hand combat, he is much more skilled when it comes to using a knife.
▲Creative thinkerDanny tends to think outside the box when it comes to using his powers. He does more than simply shoot ice around, and he uses his powers in creative, versatile, and often surprising ways.
▲Intelligent Though one may not think so at first glance, Danny is a lot more clever, and intelligent than he lets on, often taking people that se him as a joking fool for surprise.

Danny is a cyrokinetic, he is able to generate and control ice, in a variety of different ways. In addition to his ability to generate ice he is also highly resistant to colder temperatures, enough so that he is able to comfortable walk around in below zero temperatures with minimal clothing. Using his abilities he is able to do things such as drastically changing the temperature in the surrounding areas, being able to craft weapons from ice, being able to craft strong and sturdy structures from ice, and much more.

While Danny's powers make carrying a weapon redundant Danny does carry a concealed knife on his person in case he's in a situation when he can't use his powers.

He serves as a lookout for the Pit making sure no human gets to close.

Danny didn't have that interesting of a childhood, it was really just like anyone else's. However sometime when he was 13 his powers first manifested, he had somehow frozen the pipes of his family home. At first his parents had desperately tried to keep his abilities from public view once they realized that Danny was actually a mutant. Unfortunately they weren't able to keep the secret for very long and after a year the government eventually found out about Danny's powers, and came for him. Danny was forced to fight back, and he did manage to escape, unfortunately both of his parents had tried to protect him. They both died as a result. For a while Danny was on the run, drifting from place to place, and occasionally making a few solo hits on government facilities, in an attempt to fight back against the governments treatment of mutants. Eventually however Danny came across the Pit and permanently settled down there, though he has still wanted to find a way to strike back at the government.
