Personality:


Xavier, to his friends, is your quintessential big guy with a heart of gold. Wherever he comes around, a joke and hearty laughter aren't to far behind. If you’re tight with Xavier; you’ve got a strong ally. But don't cross him, because payback is a mug. If he doesn't know you, he's downright anti-social sure, he'll say hi, smile, wave, be polite and such but he'll keep it moving. Xavier keeps a very tight circle, despite his popularity, but it doesn't take much, other than a good personality for him to take a liking to you.. Xavier hates the spotlight, and gets uncomfortable when all eyes are on him.

He tends to often get thrown into programs where he has to be a 'Big Brother' or mentor, thanks to his grades and extracurriculars, as such he's developed a soft spot for the little guy.

Very intelligent, Xavier always places top in his class exams, even though you can find him knocked out in class religiously on Mondays. He's also a very artistic, creative soul. He loves to paint and draw and is an on and off member of the Atari High Art Club, he's even gifted in music he's a band geek, drumline, he plays the bass drum, thanks to him, the Olympus Knights marching band actually has a bit of funk in it's scores. Still though, his biggest passion other than art is video games. Old school, new school, handheld, console, PC, you name it, he plays it. He's completed over 1000 different titles, all to 100%, he prides himself on that statistic alone.


When he sets out to do something, Xavier bust down whatever obstacle is in his way he's like a speeding bullet, he doesn't care what he goes through, so long as he gets his target. A big picture guy, and a man of action, he doesn't particularly stress on details, its been a fatal flaw of his since he was a child. If he has to blow up an entire building to take out one baddie, he'll do it, so long as that bad guy is taken care off.


His biggest weakness is perhaps doing to much to protect those he loves. He’s not Superman, he knows that, but he’ll damn sure try to be. Like everyone else, he runs out of gas. But when Xavier's engine does stall he never gives himself time to completely refuel, as a result when he burns out, Xavier really burns out. His family and friends are his heart, harm them, and you’ve just made an enemy for life.

It should be noted that he is very passive aggressive. He rather not partake in pointless conflict. Say you cut him in line, he'll just let you do that without a word. You can hit him, and he won't hit back. The problem comes when he sees you harming someone else; THAT'S when he'll hit back.

He keeps a few things on him at all times, and these items are...

Worldly Possesions

- His white G1 cellphone, complete with the Final Fantasy 'Victory' theme for a ringtone
- A tiny notepad kept in his back pocket, he uses this to scribble down ideas for new pieces
- His apartment & car keys (His car is black hooptie, nothing special)
- His white wallet, complete with about ten dollars on a good day, and a membership to the arcade
- His white, special edition PSP, complete with image of Darth Vader on the back side

Weapon:

In battle (when it all begins) he grabs a single of obsidian gauntlet left hand, equipped with a set of sharp claws that can also be used for added grip.

Arcana: Hanged Man

Persona: Atlas ((I got lazy, so I didn't draw this one, I take no credit for the image))





In classic Greek Mythology Atlas was a Titan, placed with the burden of carrying the entire world on his shoulder. This suits Xavier because, at times, he too feels like he has the weight of the world on his back.

As Xavier's Persona, Atlas appears as a middle aged man with a large afro and five o'clock shadow. He dons a pair of funky orange shades, and covers his ebony skin head to toe in black and white body paint, left half white, right half black-- yin and yang, light and dark. To his master's dismay, Atlas has a smoking habit, and ALWAYS is seen with a cigarette in his mouth. He's of an average size, but extremely ripped, one can tell with ease because the wild looking man goes around without a shirt.

His body, even though he wears the paint, is riddled with battle scars, showing just how much of a warrior the man is. On his legs, he wears a pair of black and white ((left leg white, right leg black, just like his body)) Hakama (samurai pants), and a pair of white straw sandals. Wrapping around the entire length of his left arm is a black chain, it isn't connected to a thing, but one can only wonder what damage he can do with that in battle.

On his back Atlas carries not the world, but a gigantic black and white boom box, constantly blasting with tunes of his choice. The side opens up to reveal a set of missiles that he uses to deal physical damage.


Atlas is of the Hanged Man Arcana, a group of Personae able to endure a large amount of damage, and this Persona is no exception to that standard.

Atlas' biggest strength is its sheer defense capability, with Atlus at his back, Xavier can take one hell of a licking and still keep on ticking. When it comes to biting back, the Persona doesn't shy away. Atlus has a fair mixture of physical and magical skills, including buffs and almighty elemental spells (think holy). As of now though, seeing how it's only level one, Atlas is a the bare minimum of it's maximum potential.

The biggest weakness of the Persona is it's sluggish speed. Xavier will no doubt be one of the least mobile of the group.

Persona Weapon: Atlas uses the world on it's shoulders to attack foes.


Evolution


The Hanged Man presents the Persona-User with multiple paths. Xavier will eventually reach a cross roads in his life, either he can flourish and become a Star, or he can undergo Death. Either way, Xavier will face a large change in his life during the coming year.

Abilities (Level 1):

Sonic Punch (Physical) - From the side of his boombox, Apollo releases a single missile at the target at a breakneck speed, on impact, the tip of the missile pops off to reveal a big, white boxing glove, filled with extremely hard substances. Hurts like hell.

Rakukaja (Ups a target's defense either himself, or a ally) - Creates a protective field around the body of the target, allows them to still stay mobile however.

Megido (weak almighty attack) - Apollo removes his cigarette a flicks it on the ground, Xavier pounds his gauntlet on the cancer stick, and it explodes with a powerful bright light, dealing damage to all hostiles in the area. Can be targeted by Apollo flicking the cigarette near a particular enemy, and Xavier sending a stream of 'Imagination' the cigarette's way.

Xavier's history is not so spectacular. You couldn't write a book or film a movie based on it, it was just...average.

The oldest of three children, he has a younger brother and sister, and they love him to death. His parents divorced when their first born was only ten, they told him that they were 'In Different Places in Life'. The boy didn't understand it at the time, but now as he is much older, it sort of makes sense why they split up.

Xavier's mother is one of the top lawyers in America, maybe even one of the top in the world. She's strict, by the book, and expects everyone around her to be the same. In a word, she's a hard ass.

But Xavier's father is a 'free spirit' if there ever was one. He was probably the reason why Xavier has such an artistic soul now. The man is the prime example of the starving artist. He did what he loved, but seldom made a dime to his name. It's a wonder how the two, his mother and father, EVER got along and started a family in the first place.

After the split, his mother took custody of the children, winning the case with such ease it was sad. What judge in their right mind would trust a nameless painter with three youngsters?

Since then, his mother became extremely distant. Xavier wondered if the divorce took a bigger tole on her than he thought. She spent more and more time at work, leaving the kids with the family maid to do the watching.

As for the young boy himself, he didn't take the split well. While his siblings were too young to even understand the situation, Xavier acted out. He got into fight after fight, and garnered a reputation as a troublemaking terror.

To try and rectify this, his mother enrolled Xavier in the local football team- but that only served to add fuel to the fire. Xavier had a big head, and when he was put onto a team where he wasn't the star player, he got upset. He only got into more fights, and put almost the entire team out for the season.

It was then that his father arrived, his mother, though reluctant, figured that maybe the boy's dad could talk some sense into him. His father, Demetri, introduced him to art. Painting, drawing, music, the whole nine yards. It calmed him down, and brought out a new, much more laid back side in Xavier: the Xavier of today.

His father left after that, never to be seen by the young boy again. That was about six years ago, and a part of Xavier still longs to see his father.
