Appearance: Spike is a caucasian male standing around 6'0ft tall, possessing a lean ottermode build and emissive, light blue glowing eyes. He wears a dark blue shirt and pants with red bracers/boots/belt and other red accents.
Personality: Spike comes off as a tad arrogant and always looking for something to do, and seems to greatly enjoy attention. But beneath any misconceptions, Spike does actually hold himself to a high and strict set of ethics in crimefighting, earning him a place as the team's boy scout and sometimes moral compass whenever they lose sight of themselves and their goals, and does his best to keep the mood fairly light and positive. Even if it means cracking bad jokes.
History: Unlike most other boarders, Spike was never involved in any use of magic, nor did he possess genetic deviations at birth as most young heroes have. What had happened was that Spike was in the middle of a field trip with his science class to a futurist expo in New York City that had been ambushed by a terrorist organization. In the ensuing chaos, Spike had been blasted by a device that could study extra-dimensional energy phenomenons in a relatively safe way, having still been a prototype. Immediately finding himself to have survived, he utilized his powers for the first time, fending off the attackers, but at some price he doesn't enjoy discussing.

Skills:
- Intellect: Spike does actually know a thing or two as far as physics/chemistry/etc go, and can be a valuable help in such situations.
- Superpower Encyclopedia: Spike has learned-- and continues to further his knowledge of super powers whenever he's checking out some fiction, or is in the heat of battle, always cataloguing powers in his mind to write down and think about later.
Powers/Abilities:
Kinetic Energy Manipulation: Spike's powers primarily come from an extra-dimensional energy that had bombarded his body, primarily giving him power over Kinetic Energy.
- Enhanced Force: Spike is capable of dishing out strikes that possess great deals of superhuman force.
- Enhanced Agility: Spike is capable of sprinting faster and jumping greater heights and distances than the average human being.
- Enhanced Durability: Spike possesses a great deal of durability, primarily against penetration based weapons and attacks like bullets or most ordinary blades.
Items/Weapons: Spike possesses both his own smartphone and a spare communications device hidden on his belt. He otherwise rarely carries weapons.
Weaknesses:
- Blunt Force: Just as he dishes out, Spike's own body is not resistant to blunt force trauma in sufficient amounts.
- Naivete: Spike is by no means a killer. He prefers to find alternatives where the answer to a solution is grim, and offer mercy to others.
- Extreme Cold/Shock: While capable of surviving in arctic conditions, concentrated elemental attacks via the freezing cold or high amounts of electricity can do major damage.
