History: From an early age, glen had always wanted to be a knight in the royal army. It was the dream many young boys had and coming from a noble blood-line. lesser as it may be, it only seemed like the path he was destined for. A destiny he gladly rose to meet from the day he was able to wield a sword he strove to become the best. It was very quickly realized That glen had a tendencies to lose himself within his training, becoming more increasingly violent and rage fueled, even in the most friendly of sparing matches.
His parents began to grow worry about young Glen's training and sought help from some of the greatest fighters with in the capital, in hopes one could find away for him to contain the beast that craved the violence. Yet none seemed to have the answers they sought, that is until a strange man, by the name of Knoll appeared at their door one day with a solution. The man claimed he was able to craft a potion that Glen would drink several times a day. He told them the potion would make him more focused than the most seasoned fighter, and calm the sea of fury that welled up inside of Glen. Yet this would cost them a large portion of their fortune, yet reluctantly they accepted out of fear of what might happen to their son in the future.
Knoll kept his word and crafted the potion as promised, along with the recipe and details on how to make it themselves. He also left them with a warning that he should never miss a day of the potion or else he may be a disaster on the land itself. The Potion worked just like the man said, Glen's rage seemed to vanish over night and his skills during training rapidly rose. No longer being the mad beast in combat that he once was he sought out different weapons to learn and found himself favoring the lance. Upon joining the Royal Guard he quickly ascended the ranks to that of a second commander. His newly found calm demeanor due to the potions effects gave rise to the nickname The Cold Fury.
Now Glen had achieved his dreams of begin a knight with in the Royal Guard, however not all stories can have a happy ending. Many felt he had acquired his position far too quickly and sought to take it from him. Alive or dead. Soon those that conspired against him acted in the form of an ambush during a patrol. His attackers quickly found that his title was not just for show as he quickly dispatched his assailants.
This would only be the beginning of his troubles. Upon reporting the incident to his superiors he discovered that one of the men who have assaulted him was the sun of a very powerful and very wealthy family. Things quickly spiraled out of control for Glen, He found himself before the courts and at their mercy, which they were in short supply of. Glen was found guilty of assault on his fellow knights and was sentenced to death by public hanging.
Glen now saw the corruption of the kingdom he served, and he refused to let his story end here. His captures underestimated his tenacity and assumed his honor would keep him from revolting against the ruling. Yet, it was his very honor that wouldn't let him stand by as the kingdom he loved rotted from the inside out. On the day of his execution Glen managed to escape and out run the guards. Soon after he made his way out of the Capital and found safety in one of the smaller villages.
Now he lays in waiting trying to come up with a plan on how to save his home.
Personality: Glen is a man of few words but many actions. The effects of the potion keeps him calm and level headed in almost every form of situations, Many claim that he is unfeeling and a cold man. Glen is a simple man who places his honor and duty above all else. His demeanor may be ruff to many but he eagerly rushes to the aid of those in need. A loyal man who's Honor can never be tarnished. In the rare times that he is not training he can be found enjoying the open air with a book in hand.
Skill: Through rigorous training for 12 years and the effects of the potions he takes, his will and focus are second to none. Trained in the art of the Archery, Swordsmanship, and Lancing, he has become a terror on the battlefield. Favoring the lance he quickly made a name as a master even at such a young age. His quick growing reputation caused many to both respect and fear him.
After years of making the potion for himself he began to take an interest in potion making and began to study under a local apothecary. Under their teaching he learned a basic understanding of the craft and used their knowledge to understand poison making and how to counter most of them. As well as crafting a multitude of healing potions. However it should be noted that his skill here is low and that he might make mistakes.
His combat style is unique in the way it allows him to switch seamlessly between quick and precise attacks to more powerful yet much slower strikes. As many know there is no perfect style and he does leave himself rather opened during his stronger attacks. To counter this obvious flaw he has decided speed is far more important than defense and chooses to wear very light armor. This allows him to have full flexibility that many heavy armored soldiers lack.
Flaws: Though the Potion has given him great focus and suppressed his more violent side, there is a great cost for these effects. He must take the potion several times a day or else he risks sinking into a endless rage. However Glen has no knowledge of this fact.
AS for magic his aptitude is quite low. Unable to cast any form of spell and seems unable to defend against most. He has theorized this is just another effect of the potion but has no real way to confirm this.

Once in battle he took a rather nasty blow to the leg. This attack broke his leg yet he continued to fight for an hour until aid made it to him.
There is a rumor that in a sparing match his lance pierced through a pillar but there is no evidence of this to be true.
He is in search for a legendary lance that has been rumored to have the ability to cut through magic.
