Vera Brooks is a seventeen year old girl with pale skin and bright blue eyes. Her eyes resemble the color of clear blue water, though she often hides them behind a dark pair of sunglasses. Her hair is naturally a dull red color, though she has recently dyed it to make it brighter. It was a daring move, perhaps sparked by her stressed relationship with her parents. Her hair is naturally wavy and almost reaches to her hips when brushed straight. She is 5'4" tall and weighs about 116 lbs. She has a thin frame. Her general appearance has not changed, though her uniform has.

Her regular school uniform consists of the basics-a white blouse and dark skirt. Since then, it has changed to a black dress to reflect her dark personality. It reaches about mid calf and is neither flowing nor skin tight. The neckline is sweetheart styled, with short sleeves that barely cover her shoulders. She also wears grey leggins underneath the dress and flat black leather boots. She is not exactly thrilled with having a dress on, but she'll live. Vera also has a spiked choker, a bright red ring on the ring finger of her right hand, and of course, her sunglasses. The frame of her sunglasses has changed however. It is now colored a bright blue to match her eyes with lighter lenses than before.
