The setting changes from Eva's House to Flowering Meadows
Luther Lane "Am I ready? What kind of question is that I just walked through a whole meadow and your asking if I did not prepare", he said with a big smirk on his face.
Luther Lane "Well here goes nothing", he said throwing his Pokeball as his best friend, Pendoraa, came out of the white light. "You remember this guy don't ya? When he was just a little worm, but I warn you now he is extremly fast", he said knowing his Pokemon could outspeed many others.
Luther Lane made a grim face for he knew Charizard was going to be a problem. "Ok Pendoraa start with Toxic Spikes!", he said as his Pokemon spun around shooting glowing purple spikes."I would not switch out if I were you" he said smiling.
Luther Lane was pondering ideas. "Well, I can't use Earthquake due to Charizard being flying type", he thought. "Ok, Pendoraa use Poisen Jab!", he said as Pendoraa ran with lightning speed and his horns glowing purple heading straight torward Charizard.
Luther Lane smiled as Charizard fell from the poisen. He made a grim expression when Scizor was chosen out meaning no poisen would be inflicted on him. "Poliwrath use Hydro Pump!", he said as Poliwrath shot a jetstream of water from the middle of his body heading straight torward Scizor.
Luther Lane watched as his Poliwrath was hit by Brick Break, but barly moved back much. "Ok, Poliwrath use Rain Dance!", he said as Poliwrath lifted his hands and clouds appeared covering the sun and causing a downpour.
Luther Lane watched as Sam returned his Scizor and accepted defeat. Luther returned his Poliwrath and shook Sam's hand. "Thank you, and you were not a bad battler even in a bad situation you always seem to try to dig out of it", Luther said trying to tongue out some advice. "Anyways I must be heading back to my gym for there may be some challengers awaiting my arrival"
Luther Lane shuddered at the thought of a trainer that was worth being mentioned by Sam. Luther wondered who this trainer might be and how strong he really is?
