Appearance:
Bio: Had amnesia at age 7 and became an orphan. She lived most of her life in an orphanage and left it at age 10, when the owner gave her an eevee. She traveled around Kanto, and defeated the Elite Four, losing to the champion by one pokemon. Deciding to become stronger, she left for Sinnoh. She loved contests and became mesmerized by the performances. She delayed her dream of being the champion of Kanto and became a co-ordinater. She still collects badges, but her main priority is contests. (She's like Nando from diamond & pearl, she does both) After Sinnoh, she came back to Kanto for a while. She is still staying for half a year and will go to Hoenn soon.
She soon learned about Team Rocket and has been trying to interfere with their plans ever since. She's had some close calls, but she always comes out alright.
Personality: She is sly, easily being able to squeeze information out of anybody. She loves to hang out with her friends and is outspoken, but she isn't the kind of person to go up to random people and say hi. Except for her friends, she prefers to be alone. Monique loves to pull pranks on people, but never anything too extreme. She likes going out at night and just look at things. She cares a lot about her friends and would do almost anything for them, even lying straight up to people. (Though she's not proud of it) Bianca is fierce and passionate about everything she does, never backing down once she's started it. She's secretive doesn't like to tell others about her life. But Monique's definately the friend you'd want to have.
