Personality
Lizzy enjoys playing with her enemies, a sugary sweet devil with a seemingly callous disregard for the suffering and discomfort of others. Getting close to her is quite difficult, as she makes a point to keep her emotionally distance. She prefers to call herself an entrepreneur.
History
Lizzy is the leader of the infamous Blake Clan and by extension The Underground. This makes Lizzy the only female leader of a Sinnoh superpower, a title one doesn't just get without one heck of a resume. In Lizzy's case, this means a ton of murder. The other clans in the underground have been mostly subjugated thanks to her aggressive power plays. She is also a collector of significant wealth, her underlings and herself never going hungry.
