Clarie is almost five foot (though not quite) making her very short and slender with average curves and a B cup. She has small wings on her back which she can fly with during the full moon. Her messy pink hair is fairly long (reaching mid-back) and wavy, and underneither it she hides her pink pointed ears tipped with brown. She usually keeps the length of her hair in two loose, low pony tails tied with two red bands lest it curls. She likes to accessorize and always has a pink clip in her hair just above her left ear. Occasionally she'll wear a pink bracklet too. She wears loose spagetti strap dresses that reach about mid thigh of various colors (though she favors pink or white) and underneith the dress is a curled pink tail which uncurls on the rare occasion she get's frustrated. You'll never get her to wear shoes or socks as they smell bad and she hates bad smells. Her overal appearance is very cute and innocent and many find themselves attracted to her.

Personality:
Clarie is undobtably one of the most timid, wary and shy hybrids that the program managed to create. She's so cautious and anti-social that it's rare to see her. But this doesn't mean that she doesn't like people; she just feels uneasy around strangers, making it hard to make friends. But if she does feel comfortable around you, you'll find she likes to smile and make others feel good. She's probably also one of the most considerate, loving and tenderhearted hybrids created, but only around those she feels are safe with. If she feels like she is in danger she will often flee, unless someone she cares for is in danger at which point she will fight valently. Fighting though isn't her strong suit and, though she can be very powerful, Clarie is a peace keeper and likes it best when everyone is happpy.
Despite her usual loving and friendly personality, she does have a darker side that becomes more prominate as the full moon gets closer. As the lunar cycle reatches it's peak, Clarie will become more and more withdrawn and the level of her power increases imensely. She's often seen staring up into the sky or talking to an imaginary figure whom she refers to as Luna. On the night of the full moon she'll seek the highest place she can reach so she can dance and play though the night under the moon. Those who see her on this night feel an odd sense of happiness and experiance the urge to dance and play as well. As the moon begins to decend, Clarie can be seen soaring up into the sky (having collected enough moonlight in her wings) and vanishes into the night, singing a haunting melody that can put those who hear it to sleep for miles around. No one knows where she disappears to before dawn because those who attempt to follow find themselves quickly put to sleep by her melody. The next day she suddenly returns to normal, resuming normal behavoiral patterns and interactions (though for a few days after her power levels are much higher than usual), without clear memory of what happened last night.
Aside from her strange fluctuations syncronized with the lunar cycle, her biggest flaw is probably the fact that she is a bit of a kleptomaniac, as most Clefairies are (meaning she has a tendence to steal things that don't necesserally belong to her). Despite this trait, it's still very easy to like Clarie and often other pokemon/people will develope romatic feelings towards her, though she rarely acknowledges them or admits to having similar feelings. If something facinates her she will devote all her attention to it until her curiousity is sadified (pokemon inclueded). Incredibly intellegent, Clarie speaks both human and pokemon fluantly and enjoys building things almost as much as she enjoys figuring things out. If you destroy something she's built she is very likely to burst into tears.

History:
When Clarie was created, she remained in a state of comatose. Her vital signs were all regular and she seemed to be very much alive, but continued to sleep no matter what the scientists did. It got to a point where they considered turning off her life support and killing her due to inaction and calling the experiment a dud. But one night alarms began to go off and the scientists who rushed into the lab were greeted with the sight of their experiment, showered by moonlight, slowly waking up. The head scientist was stunned as he didn't know where the moonlight had come from, and even more shocked when she looked him in the eye and spoke her first word; "Luna...?" before beginning to sing and dance. The next morning all the scientists woke up on the floor to see their creation sitting in the glass tube, watching them. They named her Clarie Fay and she was released from the tube for study. But shortly after her release they found she was extrmely elusive and they could only watch her through hidden cameras in the forest where she usually dwelled. On the first full moon they obvserved her climb the tallest tower and soar off, all attempts to follow her ending up with nothing, and officially losing her. The next day she didn't return, instead finding life outside the lab new and exciting. So far they haven't managed to find her.

Clarie has always be curious about Gengar above all other pokemon. She feels like there's a missing link but can't seem to find it. Perhaps it's nothing, or maybe there really is something missing, but she'll always be curious.
