Name: Atsuma Spects

Personality: Atsuma is a generally laid back person despite his gruff methods of obtaining what he wants. Making terrible jokes is usually how he keeps himself from becoming too upset when an operation doesn't go according to plan. Atsuma tends to use his Pokemon to draw attention from his foes while he goes about his operations. Despite the danger he puts his Pokemon in Atsuma truly loves and cares about them.

Gear/Equipment: At all times Atsuma carries the following:
3 smoke grenades that are capable of unleashing a thick black cloud of smoke obscuring vision and smell alike.
Special contact lenses that allow him to see through said smoke grenades
Rubber soled shoes to avoid being shocked by his Galvantula's electroweb when he runs on it,
His waterproof Poketch is an ever present object as he's had it embedded into his right arm.
Atsuma's right arm was part of an experiment to increase the strength of Rockets, unfortunately the experiment was a failure and just left Atsuma with a metal coated arm.
Atsuma's pistol shoot out mild sedatives capable of bringing down an irate Nidoking for approximately 45 minutes.
Atsuma's rife shoots out mild electric waves about equal to to strength of a Pichu's thunder wave.


Goals: Promised by his boss that he would become 2nd in command if he could successfully pull off this operation Atsuma is driven to complete this operation. But beneath this Atsuma is driven with an intense desire to help support his family back home.

Brief History: Atsuma grew up in a very poor household and therefore jumped at a chance when the Rockets offered him a steady job that would send money back to his family. Quickly rising through the ranks in order to get better benefits for his family Atsuma became only a few ranks from the top rank of his sect. Constantly driven by his desire to help his family Atsuma continues to do operations for the Rockets. Atsuma was just recently demoted two places when the hybrids were discovered, jumping at the chance to win back his bosses favor Atsuma swore he would capture at least one so that the Rockets could use the scientific discovery to better the Rockets nefarious deeds.

Extra: Atsuma is an extremely good marksman capable of hitting a Rattata's whisker at 120 yards. Atsuma's codename is derived from his last name and due to his speed and stealthiness when on an operations.
