Carter is 5'8", and weight 130 pounds. His eyes are a light green that seem to shine in any light. Carter's hair is a darker brown, with a layered cut to it. Carter's skin has a slight tan to it but it's hard to notice unless he's outside. Carter often wears light colored t-shirts over darker long sleeved shirts. He wears green plaid boxers that can often times bee seen over his faded blue denim jeans. He cuts a hole in the left knee of all his jeans. He wears mismatched rainbow ankle socks. His hands are average for his age group. He also has green and red Nikes. His necklace was brought with him but MRC felt it would be best if he didn't have it due to his violent outburst.

Carter loves to flirt with people, especially when they are in a position of power over him. Carter is a vegetarian as he sees animals being raised for food as cruel. Carter is the type to easily become infatuated, therefore he gets hurt easily, often causing him to become very upset. Carter has a very explosive anger. Carter likes reading, listening to rock music from before 2000, dancing, and writing short stories. Carter dislikes rejection, people yelling at him, people that pick on others, and being alone for too long.

When Carter was 12 his father and mother divorced. Carter was living with his mother when his father outraged at the judge's ruling for her to have full custody arranged for Carter to be kidnapped and taken to a friend's house. Two of Joshua's (Carter's father)male friends kidnapped him on his way back from school. Within a few days of the kidnapping Carter began to feel really excited by the whole thing and he began to push himself onto his father's friends. Both rejected him, filling Carter with rage he severely assaulted both of them. The judge seeing the evidence of this placed Carter's father in prison and Carter went home. Due to this whenever Carter is someplace other than his house he feels like he is being held against his will. When Carter was 14 he had a sexual relationship with his female principle that lasted until he was almost 16. The school board caught wind of it and the principle was quickly fired. Carter's mother died two weeks after his 16th birthday, seeing how he had no family to take care of him he was placed in foster care. Carter lived with his foster family for almost a year while having a sexual relationship with his foster mother. One day she realized that what she was doing was wrong and told Carter she wanted to stop, outraged by her decision Carter beat her to death. The judge knowing Carter's story decided to place Carter in the MRC.
