Personality:
Havok is a clam, quiet, and extremely reserved individual, who tries his hardest to keep to himself. So much so in fact, people often ask if he's a mute due to his lack of speech, and he rarely speaks up to correct them, merely shrugging in stead. When he does speak however, it's short, soft-voice, but utterly clinical, offering no signs of his emotions, view points, or interest in whatever the subject may be. His complete detachment from the living as a whole is apparent in his disinterested, vague stare, and he shows nothing but apathy and an emotionless regard when asked about anything involving people. He sees no value in life, but garners no joy from pain or suffering either, in fact the only thing he ever seems to have in common with humanity is purely biological. He doesn't laugh at jokes, or groan at stupidity, he doesn't respond to flirtation, or ever exhibit anger, and his voice never wavers in softness or monotone. The only things he seem to respond to are his favorite books, musical pieces, or plays, and even then you'd have to know him, and pay close attention to find the response.

Supernatural Powers:
Eagle's Vigil:
Once a target is spotted, it can be marked with an Ethereal trace, keeping it visible through walls, and anywhere within the radius of one mile.
Highlander's Vision:
At the price of a hefty chunk of stamina, Gullies can augment his vision, allowing for a massive distance increase within his direct lines of sight.
Blood soaked Toccata:
Channeling energy into a single arrow, he can cause other ethereal arrows to burst from it once it's been fired, up to a maximum of twelve. These fly off in the same direction as the original arrow, but in an uncontrollable pattern.
Calamity's Fugue:
This ability allows for his arrows to become a sort of thermal explosive, either exploding on impact, or triggered at Gullies' will.
Devil's Capriccio:
An ethereal arrow splits from it's clone, and both violently change direction, instantly moving in an arch, and both screaming towards their intended target.
Dissonance Of The Heart:
This arrow becomes, more or less, a phantom once fired, able to not only travel great distances without a loss of speed, but able to sail through solid objects until it finds its quarry.
Havok's Crescendo:
Pouring all of his energy intro a single arrow, and pulling it back more than far enough to break his bow, Gullies allows part of his madness, his very soul to fly with this projectile. The spiritual energy that surrounds it is massive, and it becomes an seemingly unstoppable Goliath's hammer, sailing through the air with a deafening screen. This shot has brought weaker buildings down. However, it is rather easily dodged if you don't panic.

History:
Some people are born happy, or depressed, insane, or with a kind heart, while fewer are born dead, or without vital signs. Havok however was born with the loosest definition of "life" a doctor could give him. Though fully functioning he didn't cry, not even when doctors tried to force him, he merely coughed to clear his air way, and the doctors were fine to leave it at that. Though bizarre, the doctors didn't think much, and his parents, two newly weds were concerned, but to overjoyed at their new baby boy to let it get the best of them. Things were bacially normal from there, except for the fact he didn't cry much, if ever, or beg for his mother's attention. The couple found it to be a blessing for the most part, and didn't worry much till it came time for his first words. He didn't speak at all until he was four, by then his parents were convinced he he was slow. That was the first sign of developmental problems he showed, but the couple ignored it.
From the time he was shipped to kindergarten, his life became a serious of "incidents". On first day, a rather large and rude boy taunted him, to which he responded by picking up a rock and bludgeoning the child over his head much to the teacher's shock. When questioned why he did it, the young Havok calmly responded with, "He deserved it.". This startled his mother, but mad his father proud, the boy was suspended, but allowed back, and there weren't any other incidents aside from a lack of reverence for school work until grade school, were he broke a boys legs. The kid has pushed him, And Havok didn't hesitate to retaliate in the form of a vicious, but brief assault. He was expelled, and his parents sued. His parents began to worry, but defended their son, shoving him into a different school the next week, but it wasn't long till the story repeated. A child would try something, and Havok responded with apathetic brutality, schools expelled, and lawsuits piled. A tremendous strain was placed between his parents, and it wasn't long till his father began to abuse his mother, and his mother began to verbally abuse him.
Everything can to a head in middle school. A student called his mother a drunk whore, and Havok beat him within an inch of his life with a chair. When school security tried to step in, he lashed out at them as well, eventually getting himself tazed. When the police escorted him home, after his mother begged them for hours not to just arrest him on the spot, his father lost it, and began to beat the boy. However, Havok's sense of self preservation kicked in, and grabbing a knife he stabbed his father a total of thirty-seven times. His mother shrieked, and began to berate him, talked about he was the worst thing to ever happen to her, how she wished he hadn't been born. When asked by police as to why he killed her, he simply said he wanted her to be quiet. The woman next door had heard the shriek, and called the police who quickly arrived, and arrested the boy with no protest. He was carted off to a rather notorious state-run asylum that night.
He was diagnosed with a slough of things, Sociopath was what he was termed, and he was locked in a pretty little room with two others. Things escalated quickly though, the infamous staff was quick to attempt to abuse him, and after three deaths he was sent to solitary.
Originally, he was looked at to be a Harvester, the letter written and everything, but it was deiced that his lack of violent tendencies, unless provoked, made him less than optimal, and he was bumped from the list. That was however, until Swain found himself in need of a personal guard. The boys calm, cool demeanor, and ruthless barbarics towards those who do provoke put him at the top of the list, and a new letter was quickly sent.
Other:
Though he uses his bow in the standard manner, and is ambidextrous, he is a natural left hand.
