Omen has quite a warped sense of humor. He's been stuck in Purgatory for so long that even in the afterlife he's become mad. He's convinced himself to the point he truly believes that Purgatory is what happens when everyone dies and that there is nothing to look forward to other than this. He gets bored terribly too easily and likes to amuse himself by screwing with the living. Hence why he created this whole 'Game.' He despises the living humans to the point he denies ever being one himself once (which he was). He enjoys cracking jokes in serious situations and loves the unnerved looks on peoples' faces when they see him. Scaring people is like a hobby for him. However, one thing is for sure: do not make him angry. You will regret it. He also likes to make things interesting at all costs, to the point where he might even break his own rules if he's pushed far enough...
Power:
Self-time Manipulation: Omen can control time, but only for himself. Basically, all it does is change whatever form he is. He has three different forms. Child, Adult, and Aged.
Otherworldy Manipulation: He can manipulate the world of the living even though he is stuck in Purgatory. This takes an immense amount of power and he can only attempt it a few times every millennium. With this he can do a variety of things, like make a human shoot another human or make a human run over another human with their car, etc.
Omni-vision: He can see everything going on all at once. It hardly takes any concentration at all.
Power-transfer: He has the ability to give others whatever power they please or take them away. For some reason, however, he is unable to give himself any other powers aside from the ones he already has.
