- Biology: A metallic like species that have a humanoid appearance. The species are far more closely related to arachnids that they are apes. The metallic appearance is because of an exoskeleton the race developed as self defense on their home planet Uzonia. Underneath the hard shell is the squishy interior that holds the organs and delicate parts of the Uzonir species. An extremely peaceful race that has been known for its warrior priestesses that defend the planets in the same system as Uzonia. Much like many arachnids the female of this species is far stronger than the male and so the males are used like cattle and only for breeding and feeding services. The way you can tell if a Uzonir is a member of the priesthood is by the intricate markings that can be found on the exoskeleton of the species. All in all the species are very religious and avoid fighting where is necessary.
Personality
- Xeta is a high priestess of the religion she follows. She believes that her deity will guide her into the holy land. She has no want to fight but has no fear of dying if she must. She cares for little other than her beliefs but will show affection towards those that take interest in her faith. Can be selfish at times if the cause doesn't match her faith and if another challenges her faith she will see this as heresy and attempt to dismember the individual. She is a pacifist in the arguments of others and will simply try to get along with other races.
- Special Powers: Super human agility: Ability to react faster than a normal Human and to possess greater flexibility and with higher/farther jumping capacity.
- Weaknesses: Movement and activity slows down in cold weather and has to stay at a warm temperature otherwise risks dying. Can only eat meat and nothing else any other form of food digested can lead to severe poisoning and damage the delicate inner organs.
- Skills & Trainings: Trained as a warrior priestess she knows how to fight with deadly efficiently in all manner of weaponry. She has been trained in medical knowledge and the art of stealth. Xeta is particularly efficient with pole arm type weapons and one handed guns.
Equipment
- Weapons: A dark grey plasma pistol that is strapped onto her left shin, the pistol fires purple orbs of plasma at extremely high velocity. A staff with with cattle-prod like heads on either end. The staff can either be fully extended (Height of a man) or compact where it is the length of a humans forearm. The staff fixes magnetically to her lower back. A simple silver and blue ceremonial dagger hangs from the left of her waist.
- Gadgetry: Carries are large book around with her, it contains prayers and tales of courage of her race. Being a technologically advanced religion the book when read by a priestess can heighten the agility of the reader and allow her to react and move faster as well as jump far higher. The book also contains many medical secrets of her race and also combat knowledge. The book hangs loosely from her waist on her right side.
Armor
- She has a grey exoskeleton and so doesn't wear any clothes other than a loose dark blue robe that hangs over her shoulders and down to her feet. It is tied lightly at the waist and drapes over her head. Frail titanium shoulder pads are weaved onto the robe. The robe has silver patterns placed over it that match some of the intricate carvings of her exoskeleton.
History
- When she was a hatch ling she was taken from her brood mother and placed in the priesthood. She was trained from a young age how to worship the lord deity and how to defend her race with the might of their faith. As a priestess she was unable to create her own spawn but such thoughts were driven out of her at a young age. Slowly she made her way up the ranks by hunting heretics and defending holy places from pirates. Nothing else to report on her history.
