Leon De Bare's Story

Leon sighed as he sat down in his 8th block science class. In COMPLETE boredom he waited for the class to be over. Over in the corner he could see a boy... A very cute boy. With a little smile he sat up and stretched as he walked through the classroom and sat across him with a smile, watching him doodle something. With a smile he looked the cute black-haired boy over before speaking very slowly, in a very official tone with a thick German accent:

"You are new... Yes? I have never seen you before..."With a smile Leon extended his hand out to hold the smaller boys one, sighing in content as he held it a little. "My name is Leon De Bare, what is yours...?"

Kirai looked up at the male as his hand, had been resting by the paper he was doodling on, was lifted and held. Ever since coming to this school, he had tried his best to stay hidden from others, it worked, up until now... Now, he sat beside a man that wanted to talk to him, but why? He wasn't of any interest... Was he?

Kirai's cheeks went red as he opened his mouth to speak; "G- Gomen..."

He wasn't sure why he was sorry, or why he had said that, perhaps because it was the first word that came to mind...

"M- My name is... K- Kirai..."

"Gomen...?" With a tilt of his head Leon tried to understand, until he spoke once more. "M-My name is... K-Kirai" This simply made him even MORE confused. But with a little smile he held Kirai's hand a little tighter and looked into his eyes. "Excuse me... I am from Germany, and my English is not very good, but im trying to get by."

With another little smile he swung his chair around to sit next to the boy, his hand still grasping Kirai's. "You are red, you are nervous? Yes?" Though he tried to hide it, his accent still came out strong, it was obvious he hadent been in America very long.

He smiled, it was a fragile, small smile but noticable none the less; "It means.. I'm sorry in Japanese.." He muffled a giggle, he didn't know why but he found the man's accent... Funny... In a cute way.

Standing quickly, he picked up his things with his free hand and looked down at Leon; who still held Kira's hand, he nodded; "I- I... Yeah... I'm nervous..." the bell ran then and he glanced to the side, quickly making a decision he though, Perhaps... This is good?... Brother always scolded me for not having friends... Plus... He's cute...

"W- Would you like to... H- Have lunch with me?"

"Well... Of corse!" Leon smiled as he stood up, throwing his backpack over his shoulder, holding his hand out to Kirai. "Its ok... Im nervous too. Its very difficult to fit into this society." He said with a large smile. Kirai could tell that Leon WAS nervous, but didn't show it.

Leon was dressed head to toe in black. His collar was actually that... A collar. A thick black belt around his neck with 2 dog tags on it. His jacket was long and trimmed with silver rings, suggesting he was goth. But from what Kirai could tell, he sertanly wasn't goth.

Well? Are you coming? He asked still holding his hand out to Kirai.

Kirai held his things to his chest, he hadn't really taken notice to Leon's clothing till now. He felt a bit out of place then, with his skinny jeans and striped shirt that hung off his shoulders; the chains around his neck ringing as they hit together when he walked. He headed towards the door, to the hallway; being a new student though, he immideatly was lost as soon as he entered the hall way. He looked back and forth, not knowing which way to go. "Um... Wh- Where's the Lunch room again?" he muttered softly.

He didn't like being lost, it made him feel uneasy... But he also didn't like asking for directions... Much.
