Build: Surie is really awkward looking. She looks like she's stuck between child and adult (somehow skipping the teenager part) - she's tall enough to be an adult (taller than a lot of adults, actually), but her face is still rounded and cute, her limbs are rather gangly, and she isn't very 'developed'. her choice of attire just makes things worse.
Defining Feature(s): Just...just herself. I mean...just herself. Just look at her.

Fashion: Surie adores Sweet Lolita, always dressing up in frilly pink dresses and bows. This would be pretty cute if she was a little kid...but she's an adult. So it's just creepy.

Inner Self: Due to her child-like character, pretty much everything about her inner self is expressed in her outer self. Deep down, she fears having to be an adult, so she tries to pretend she's still a kid; someone without responsibilities, someone who people don't need to rely on.
Goals: She isn't entirely sure...Surie is one of those people who just goes with the flow and makes short-term goals when a problem presents itself.

Strengths: First off, no one expects LOLIWOMAN to know how to kick ass, which is helpful. Second, she's talented in both magic and umbrella-fu. Element-wise, she resists Nature and is strong against Water, Wind, Order, and Chaos.
Weaknesses: Aside from the fact that she's afraid of freakin' everything, she has difficulties with close combat, especially when going against someone even just a head shorter than her (which happens often). Element-wise, she's weak against Fire, Earth, Chemical, and Industry.
Fears and Phobias: Darkness scares her like you wouldn't believe, especially if the lights go out suddenly or if there's bugs crawling around or something. She gets really paranoid when she's alone, so almost anything will scare her then.

Powers & Abilities: Surie is good with Nature spells, but only if it involves flowers. Leaves? Nope. Vines? Nuh-uh. You're going to get your ass kicked by flowers, and you're going to feel the shame. The pretty, pretty shame. Generally, these attacks involve razor flowers, status-inflicting flowers, blinding swarms of flowers...flowers that sap away your dignity...
Weapons: That umbrella, oh God that umbrella. Some people say that they can hear the laughter of the demons and cries of the damned when they get struck down by it...it never seems to break, and is impervious to destruction. It can get stolen or lost, sure, but setting it on fire is just going to make a pretty torch. Or so I've heard, anyways. I don't want to get anywhere near that thing...
Support: I'm still convinced that Mr. Umbrella has a soul of his own. A horrible, dark, twisted soul.

History:

Surie was born to Cruce and Milleaux Amaranth in Faubuax, and was their only child. As such, she was spoiled to death; if she wanted a toy, a treat, a dress, anything...well, she got it. Her parents made an effort to ensure that she didn't turn into a brat, however...it failed for a while, but Surie grounded herself by her teen years.

As she grew older, Surie became more and more aware that someday she wouldn't be able to mooch off of her parents anymore...she'd have to buy her own sweets and her own cute outfits. Terrified, Surie slowly became more and more child-like, which concerned her parents. Thinking that maybe the Parisian atmosphere of Faubuax was helping affect her, they packed up and moved to a smaller house in Azion. Surie wasn't very happy, since there were more fish than exotic cakes.

Anyways, cakes aside, Surie reluctantly began detaching herself from her parents, hesitantly inching towards adulthood. Once she began focusing less on unicorns and butterflies, she started reading books WHOAAAAA. Through the magic of ~*reading!*~ she learned about that little incident six thousand years ago.

Intrigued, she started doing more research, and eventually her parents found out about her unhealthy obsession with saving the world and stuff.

So they taught her about magic, since her family apparently has some magical roots or something. They taught her about magic and gave her a Satanic goddamn umbrella what the hell.

Sometimes she would beat things with her umbrella, but we don't need to talk about that. No one wants to remember...

And that's that. TL;DR = Surie is a kid on the inside, her parents have interesting ways of raising children, and demon umbrellas. Yeah.
