Personality: An egoist man who wins money by killing peoples or important persons.Because of his egoism as he wants an high amount of money for each assassination is mission is very dangerous and he can be killed.Even if he is egoist an arrogant he is a good person and an honorable one.Also he likes good fights and he respects good oponents.
Alignment: An good person,even if he is egoist and arrogant,is winning money by killing important peoples or city leaders.He is an evil person because killing good peoples even city leaders or settlement rulers for his city but he has an good heart and an good personality.

History

Background:
His family has it's origins in Kurinta.After the war ended and the two nations eventualy found their end Moseun's grandfather formed an city state knowed as Vesas which is currently his home.His gradfather ruled fairly and wisely his peoples and because of the laws that he gave in 40 years the population of this city growed from 1.000 to 6.000 his grandfather ruled the city for 30 years.This increase of population was possible because his grandfather used technology from Kurinta to create the city.This man was knowed as Cronox the Great and his title was "Wisely Powerful Leader meant to rule the peoples of Vesas" the short title for him being "Leader Cronox Zarka" When he died 10 years ago his father Ragnarok Moseun's father became the city leader.It is said that Ragnarok is an greated leader since he created and put in application an new sistem knowed as democracy.Because of this sistem the peoples are taking the real decision they being the one who have the power.Because of this sistem Ragnarok had another title which was different from the one of his father "Powerful and Wisely Leader choosed by the peoples of Vesas to rule them."the short title being "Leader Ragnarok Zarka." he being knowed just like his father Ragnarok the Great. Also at the request of the peoples and with the help of democracy his father created an organization of assassins knowed as Heuksa Chorong.This organization is ruled by the city leader of Vesas also Ragnarok being the one who is giving the assassins,food,weapons and money.The scope of this organization is to kill important peoples the other scope being to kill all the city leaders and settlement leaders so that they can conquer those city and settlements.The scope of this city and of it's leader Ragnarok is to become an nation greater and powerful then Kurinta and Aless.So Moseun from the age of 18 years is one of the assassins of Heuksa Chorong he being one of their best assassins.From the age of 18 until now Moseun killed many persons until now.Now his mission is to go in Keldos and to form an alliance between his country and Keldos.The scope of this alliance is, after the alliance is formed, to conquer the other states and then to proclaim and create Empire Vesas.

As Moseun was walking he sighed then told in his mind "In a few hours i shall be in Keldos.Then i shall meet with the queen of great Keldos."The boy continued to walk on the sand path while some little dust entered his eyes.Moseun immediately closed his eyes.As he opened his eyes he could saw an drop falling on the earth. Moseun looked at the place where that drop falled then takes an an jar with contained wine.Moseun started to drinked so fast that in 10 seconds half of the wine which was in the jar was drinked."Now that i quenched my thirst it is time to continue walking.I already entered the teritory of great Keldos."Moseun was looking straight to see if he spoted anyone but that intense heat and the sun which was in his eyes making him to see almost nothing this being a feature of the desert.Because of this small thing Moseun was surprised when he saw 2 armed mens.One of them told the boy
-Stranger this is one of Keldos borders.This is the outpost Z-12.Please tell us your name,occupation and the motive you entered the teritory of Keldos.After the guardian finished talking the other one was looking at Moseun,whom he considered an suspicious person,told him on a superior tone
-Kid we are soldiers of Keldos who have the authority to arrest anyone who tries to kill our Queen or to harm the country and it's peoples.Moseun knew that if he would not come with an good explication he could be arrested and then beheaded if they would found out who really is.He wipes his drops of sweat on his forehead with his hand then tells them trying to be very convincing.
-I am Moseun Zarka an weapon merchant.Not am simple weapon merchant.I am making and then selling weapons made with the help of Kurinta's technology.But when i sell my weapons i meet with the ruler of the respective country or settlement to negociate the cantity of weapons that his or her country shall get and the amount of money for those weapons. The boy said then with an quick move he shows them his sniper rifle.The two guardians were astonished and remained without words.
-This is this is an rifle,an sniper rifle.This kind of weapon is rarely an many would give you an good amount of money for it.Anyway it seems you are not lying it so Moseun Zarka i hope you shall enjoy your visit in Keldos.The guardian said on a calm tone.Then the two soldiers walked back to the outpost while Moseun started walking to the city.

Moseun continued to walk while he looked at those 2 guardians then said to himself "Fools i tricked you.Now when i shall meet with their queen i shall be the greatest assassin from Heuksa Chorong."The weather to the ones without water or even a piece of food was deadly and into an desert you were never allowed to make mistakes.Moseun again started drink the remained wine from his jar quenching his thirst again.Again Moseun was very surprised when he saw not an extremely familiar face.The stranger came near him that whispered to Moseun The orders have changed.If you can't convince the queen to form the alliance with Vesas you shall leave the palace then but only then you shall assassinate her.It is to dangerous to kill her in the palace."The boy knowed that things like this could change.Always the orders where changed depending on the mission and on the target he had to kill."Very well then.Also if something goes wrong we shall use our mens that are already infiltated in Keldos ." The stranger then started to walk on the opposite way on which Moseun walked.After 30 minutes he he drinked all the wine from his jar drops of sweat started to fall on the ground.He observated this thing looking at the ground then telling "I need to reach the city to fill my jar.But until then i need to use the old metod."The boy takes an red fan with an yellow dragon on it and starts to make wind with it while he walked toward the city.

Finaly the 4 hours of walking in the desert without anything to drink told their word when Moseun reached the walls of the city.He put on the ground and with his head he was leaning against the wall.But after a few seconds he closed his eyes.The immediately like an bad dream he was waked up.As he hardly opened his eyes he could see two mens in uniforms.Moseun rised up then asked them "With what can i help you?"One of the mens started to laugh then told him"In fact with what can whe help you.You were sleeping right here in this place when he found you.Anyway tell us your name occupation and motive you came to the city of Keldos?Moseun looked for a few seconds at the guardian then told him"I am Moseun Zarka,merchant i came here to sell my weapons to the Queen of Keldos for her army."The other guardian looked at him surprised then told him"Very well then Moseun Zarka hope you shall enjoy your stay in our city.Moseun then started walking toward the gate of the city very confident while he told in his mind"I shall enjoy my stay here but my stay here may mean the death of your queen."As he entered the city he was astonished by what he saw.It was the first when the boy saw an city just like Vesas were peoples lived just like before the war between the war started.There was no disease haunting the city and as you entered the city peoples with horrible plagues didn't came to you begging to help them.Also an place which could be called an normal city with plenty of food and with an normal style of living."Finaly normality an city with normality."Moseun told to himself while he continued to walk looking for a tavern.In the meantime he took an red fan with an yellow dragon on it and starts to make wind with it.

Moseun entered to an old tavern looking for the tavern keeper.In the meanwhile the other peoples started to look strangely at him and were whispering "Who is this guy""What is he looking here"Moseun nervous took out his sniper rifle and shoot an bullet into an table.Then two soldiers approached him and took of their swords and putting them at his neck in a few seconds.Moseun then whispered "Guys settle down.Look at my left hand i have an little gift for you.Take that gift and then let me leave just like nothing happened."The 2 soldiers looked at his left hand immeditately one of them took his gold statue that he was holding then whispered to the boy "Very well them you can leave."Moseun smiled then walked to the tavern keeper and after he gave him 10 gold coins the boy told him to fill up his jar with wine.The old man filled up his jar with wine in a few minutes then gave the jar to Moseun.He took his jar and leaved the tavern while drinking some wine and telling in his mind "Money are everything to humans.It was so easy to bribe those soldiers.Every human has an weakness and i will find it."
