D.O.B: 14 March, 1993
Age: 47
Ethnicity: Caucasian

Military Experience: Joined the United Kingdomâs Parachute regiment aged nineteen (2012) Served with distinction for four years before taking and passing United Kingdom Special Forces Training aged 24 (2017).
While Jason had hoped to be assigned to the famous SAS regiment he instead was sent to the SRS or Special Reconnaissance Service a much more secretive group. This was due to his fierce intellect which marked him out as much more than a common grunt. In particular he displayed an aptitude for languages and lateral thinking skills.
He served with the SRS for ten years (2017- 2027)and took part in counter intelligence operations, asymmetrical warfare, sabotage, assassination and espionage. He finally retired from public service in 2027 aged 34.
As the threat of Bioterrorism increased so did the demand in the Private Security Sector where Jason found his skills were in great demand. However he ultimately found the work boring and returned to public service when he was recruited by the BSAA aged 36. He has been working with the BSAA since 2029.
In a BSAA career spanning over a decade Jason has worked in numerous roles from including service as part of a team in a Special Operations Unit, alone as a Special Operations Agent and following an injury he also spent time in European Training Division as an instructor, although it has been suggested he does not return to the ETD.
Last Known Location: London, England
Height: 5â11
Weight: 176 lbs
Distinct Markings: Scar Tissue on left bicep where the operative removed a Tattoo of the winged dagger emblem of the Parachute Regiment. He explained this was necessary when he joined the SRS. The operative felt laser treatment would take too long so he used a knife to scar up the skin enough to make the tattoo unrecognisable. There is a scar from Gunshot wound on left thigh and a small shrapnel wound to neck. There is some light scarring on his abdomen where the appendix was removed during childhood.
Brief Description: Jason has grey hair and green eyes he is in shockingly good shape for a man of his age and this comes down to hard work at the gym although Jason would say itâs just lucky genes. Nevertheless he is almost fifty and younger peopleâs cardio strength will be higher than his. For this reason he focuses on strength training. His movements are very precise and economical as if he is afraid of wasting energy. His physique is similar to that of a boxer
Findings: Operative Greaves is a solitary character and this is reflected in the sports he excels at, running, swimming, Boxing etc. In his youth his motivation was clearly an effort to prove his worth to the world. He found a way to do this by soldiering. Now as he approaches 50 he continues as way to stave off boredom and because he firmly believes combat is the only place he is of use. When pushed he admits to being somewhat institutionalised into the military way of life.
He has little contact with his family and the last time he met his siblings was at the funeral of their mother over five years ago. His sister who resides in Dublin, Ireland has made repeated attempts to reach out to her brother in particular at Christmas and Birthdays. Operative Greaves uses his job as an excuse to avoid these meetings.
He has had many relationships the longest of which lasted two years with a French Lawyer. He has never married and says he has only been in love once. He throws himself into his work and sports which he says keeps him busy although medical reports suggest a history of alcohol abuse and binge drinking.
Operative Greaves is very target orientated which makes him a good strategist but a poor leader of men as he sees them as simply tools that allow him to achieve his goals. His interpersonal skills are not suited to leading a team. He is more comfortable working alone or in small groups as he perceives himself to have more control over the outcome of a mission.
When asked about retirement he only has vague notions that regularly change, when pushed he admits he doesnât give it much thought as he doesnât intend to live long enough to see it.
Clinical Assessment: A talented individual who is no doubt a credit to the BSAA. However his personal life suggests he suffers from depression when not presented with a target or goal.
Interactions With Others: Operative Greaves views colleagues as simply a collection of skills to be used to complete an objective. He bases most of his character assessments of how professional a person is with little mention made of personality, although he has expressed displeasure with âJokersâ as he refers to them. This can make him seems distant and aloof during operations, socially he known to personable in the few social situations he attends but he prefers to spend his free time away from colleagues, instead he drinks in bars around London revelling in meeting new people who he will never have see again if he doesnât want to. This suggests a certain level of immaturity when it comes to maintaining social relationships.
His father died when Greaves was 34 and his mother when he was 41. The last time he met his family was at her funeral. His brother makes no attempts at communication but his sister remains in contact.
His lengthy military service has given him a respect for the command chain so even if he finds an objective questionable he will pursue it t the best of his ability. Nevertheless his background in special forces has made him highly resistant to micromanagement in particular by those who he sees as âDesk Jockeysâ when asked to elaborate he explained âI donât tell them how to file a TPS report so they shouldnât tell me how to take down a BOW.â
Clinical Assessment: Best suited to small unit or solo operations with wide mission parameters.
