Setting
Hclia's Bridge is a blackened, arid expanse of land. Little vegetation grows, and deadly reptiles roam the lands in search of prey. Some are small enough to be satisfied by insects, others are large enough to stalk and devour humans. The deadliest lizard by far however is Hclia.
Hclia is the most malicious member of her family by far and looks down upon humans as lesser beings. She will test each human with a riddle. Unlike a certain famous counterpart, Hclia uses a new riddle every time so that the answer can't be passed around with ease; she is no fool. Should the human answer her riddle correctly they may pass, but if they get it wrong they will be devoured on the spot.
