Abilities:
While she obviously has the ability to turn into a wolf, this can only be done at night. She can randomly change into whenever she wants as long as it is night. However, during a full moon she cannot control it and must turn into her wolf form. It is during the full moon that her strength is at its height, and this is when she would be considered a 'real danger' to vampires. She is stronger and faster than most humans, though not noticeably so until the moon is full. It should also be noted that in her wolf form she heals quickly, but in her human form she heals only slightly faster than average.

What does your other form look like:
When she shifts into her wolf form, she becomes a very large black wolf with glowing yellow eyes. Her paws are as big around as dinner plates and her canines the size of a women's ring finger. Her fur is on the longer side and slightly shaggy, and often times she looks emaciated though she gets quite enough to eat. Shifting into this form is painful, as all of her bones have to shift and change into canine form.



Personality:

As a human, Alayna is fun. She's carefree, loves to party, and will drink long into the early hours of the morning. There is nothing she loves more than a good party and meeting new people. She's similar to a child when it comes to curiosity and the ability to not let worries keep her down. Because of this, she also has the ability to bond with children fairly quickly and often dreams of having one - though she quickly brushes that thought off. While she most things about her wolf form, she would never forcibly hand it down to someone. After all, being a werewolf is genetic and well as contagious.

Of course, she also had a tenancy to find to trouble and jump in head first. This leads to a lot of fights and a lot of injuries she really could have avoided getting.

When she is in her wolf form, a lot of what she does is instinctual, and her sense of loyalty is increased. She is also highly protective of the other werewolves, though she travels alone most of the time, and has never joined a pack due to the fact she doesn't stay in one place for very long.

In general she loathes vampires, and part of that comes with her werewolf blood. She finds that they smell disturbingly like burnt sugar and candle wax, and that's something her highly sensitive nose dislikes. Vampires that she has come across in the past, she's noticed, tend to have a superiority complex and are awfully serious. It's not an attitude she's particularly fond of and she's never met a vampire who didn't treat her like she was a second class citizen.

She has a tattoo of a moon and stars on her left hip, and on her right wrist she has a tiny paw print.

Brief History:

Alayna Marx was not an easy baby to birth, the entire pregnancy for the werewolf mother had been difficult, and shortly after childbirth she died. Alayna's father died shortly after from what she assumes was heartache. After that she was raised by her grandmother, an elderly werewolf woman who strongly disagreed with anything 'improper.' It left her feeling restricted and alone. By the time she was sixteen, she had gone out on her own, a traveler without a care. This was also when she first began changing. For a while it was hard to control, and she would shift between wolf and girl even without the moon. Overtime she reached normalcy, and has still been travelling.
