Personality: Victoria has a tendency to fade into the background. She is quiet, but not due to lack of things to speak about. When she isn't elbow-deep in greasy tools and mechanics, she can usually be found with her nose in a book or wandering around the city watching people. Though she is quiet in general, when she is among friends, she is as bubbly and energetic as can be.

History: Victoria is one of two children, her younger brother still lives at home with her mom and dad and she lives about a mile away in an apartment. Her parents are both shiners as well and it is expected that her brother will be one too. She grew up on the edge of poverty but her parents never let on or made their kids feel worried about their situation. They are honest workers and have that rare quality of being content with what they have and willing to make anything work. Victoria did, however, inherit from her parents a general distrust of the wealthier classes, and a feeling of moral superiority to them.
