Description
Gender: Male
Age: 47
Ability: Bloodhound is a master tracker. He can track any living being. Once he starts hunting his prey, he cans sense where they are. It starts out faint and barley there, but once he starts getting closer to his prey, and learning more about them, he can feel where they are more and more. Once he has something that his prey has touched, he will know where they are hiding. He also has all round stronger senses, is a master swordsman, and has years of experience. The downside to his ability is that he can only track one target at a time and once he takes his target down, or cancels the current target, he has to wait 24 hours before getting a new one.
Description: A veteran, Bloodhounds whole physic is battle worn and hard. From the scares on his body and face, to the cords of muscle running throughout his arms, he is the embodiment of age and experience. He has shoulder length shaggy hair, and is average in height, if not slightly taller. His face is aged, and his eyes always have a glassy look of someone that has seen the worst of the world. Although he looks gruff and scarred, he is still considered handsome by many, though he will never admit it. He wears weather beaten clothes. A long, black, coat that nearly brushes the ground covering the longsword he wears at his hip. A plain leather jerkin with a strong vest over top. Knives are concealed on his person. Big think leather boots, caked with mud are on his feet.
Personality: Kellan is a man of few words. He has learned in his age, that talking rarely solves anything. He is not an evil man, but he has a job, and he does it. If you attack him, he will defend himself. He will not go out of his way to harm, but he does not like to be messed with.
Equipment: Kellan is proficient with all types of martial weapons, but he prefers the longsword. He carries a well made longsword and a few daggers hidden on his person.
Background: Growing up in the poor parts of Newhaven, Kellan has never known an easy life. At the age of twelve, he manifested the power of Tracking. He decided to nurture this power, and started doing odd jobs for people. He would look for cheating husbands or find lost children.
One of the city guards took notice of Kellan and his strange power, and decided to train him as a thief tracker. He learnt much under the tutelage of the guard, showing promise with weapons, especially the Longsword. He soon made a name for himself by tracking thieves in the city, and earned the nickname, Bloodhound. When he became older, he began hunting a more dangerous prey than petty thieves, Assassins.
No Assassin could hide long from Kellan, no matter their underground hideouts or precautions, he would always find them. Thus, it became his speciality and what he was most sought after to do. His work took him farther and farther outside of the city, until he was travelling all across Valcrest. He became a tracker for hire. Any person that had enough coin, could hire him to track any living being. He hunted thieves, assassins, lost animals. His name became somewhat of a myth; Bloodhound, the half man, half dog, that always finds his mark.
Kellan has seen many things over his long years of tracking. He has killed, been injured, fought in great battles, and has learned from each and every one. To this day, he hunts, and tracks the worst of society, because it's all he's ever done.
