three chances to save her,
From the danger of herself."
Cherry
Nickname(s): Cherry is the name she's known by.
Age: 29
Gender: Female
FC: Danielle Harris
Character: L
Allegiance: Anybody willing the pay the price.
Personality: Smart, and well educated at that but physically weak and unable to defend herself in close contact combat. Has taught herself basically everything she knows and has developed a sort of odd authority complex. When it comes to the radio waves she speaks her mind and attempts to help in any way, but she also doesn't work for free. Food, supplies, anything you can give to keep her going is accepted when making a deal with her. Because she has been on her own for so long she has little social experience and has anxiety when it comes to it. She never gives out her full name, only going by Cherry, and has a slight issue with being paranoid when it comes to meeting up with other survivors. She is known as the most consistent Radio Head on the air waves, as she is the only one who has been speaking since the beginning. Known for being somewhat abrasive, and straight to the point.
History: When the illness first touched down she was a college student, and was lucky enough to have hypochondriac tendencies. She went to the hospital the second she felt as if she were contracting the disease and thus was given the early form of medication that helped keep most people alive. The medicine worked to help her and many others develop a slight immunity to the early form of the illness, but there is still danger if she were to come into contact with someone who has the evolved strain. At first she spent her weeks just trying to get by. Everyone she knew had contracted the illness and were either dead or dying, so she decided she would beat the odds and stay alive as long as possible.
Her first run in with the birds was while being detained at a Seeker camp. As someone who was still alive purely by luck they had thought she was one of them, but it was proven that she wasn't and she was let go. But she had seen the way they treated the kids and decided she would do something to help. Unfortunately she never did find a way to help, until the Birds had already broken out and she had the chance to keep them safe from afar.
Extra: Her only constant companion is an old mutt that follows her around. The tags she found on his collar when she first found him said his name was Max, but she renamed him Whiskey after she found him drinking from one of her cups filled with that particular alcoholic beverage.
