GENERAL APPERANCE
A little sunball that shines wherever he goes would be the best description of Eridani in short. In whatever manners and whatever looks he has, the little boy is very bright and it is often not difficult to distinguish him among others. Standing at an average height and donning the average weight of every other eight-year-old there is, Eridani has it easy when it comes to captivating the adults around him. It is even more easy to liken him to star with his blonde, fluffy hair and blue, glistering eyes.
Being taken care of quite well by Mizore, Eridani had grown up to be healthy and lively outwardly. His physique is very nimble compared to most kids at his age, and his overall build enables him to fit in and adapt to missions very early. Additionally, as a side effect of his stature, Eridani can often be spotted with a faint, warm sheen of sorts around his body, which glows to be quite visibly when he is happy and dims when he is relaxed.
For his choices of wardrobe, Eridani often goes wild with his selection. Most of the time, he can be seen wearing a white robe that resembles a dress, a long, flowing yellow scarf and a medal he found on a mission. If someone was to describe Eridani in short, then it would be very obvious for them to say: He is like a star, both literally and metaphorically. True to this, the young boy does not seem to find it hard to shine brightly wherever he goes. Cheerful and enthusiastic, with an inexhaustible curiosity for just about anything around him, and a heart which holds an endless, loving warmth for everyone whom he considered as friends, Eridani captivates the heart of the those near him with ease.
Stars are said to embody the greatest wish and desire of humanity to reach for the far unknown, and for Eridani, it is of no difference. He has a natural attunement to those which are novel, undiscovered and unexplored, and on top of being a kid surrounded by all sorts of oddities, it is needless to say that the boy is very impressable. He will not show any hesitations in showering others with praises, and unknowingly, making this a sort of advantage that guarantees the protectiveness of others for him in times of need.

➤ No matter whether it is cold or hot, Eridani seems to hold a special fondness for his scarf and thus is rarely seen without it, except for when he is taking a bath. He often imagines himself as an astronaut, so he has a habit of pretending to be weightless when he is bored. Also, he always regards people as either "Ms." or "Mr.", even if they are of the same age or younger.

Eridani has the ability to create and control lights of all forms and all sources at his will. He often comes up with all sorts of applications for this ability, thanks to his imagination. For example, he can solidify lights into a strong shield, shoot destructive beams, create tangible objects that he and other people can hold and utilize for a temporary duration, etc.

Although Eridani has a lot of potentials with his power, he has yet to master most of them due to his young age, and sometimes his power may fail him at the worst moments. And due to its' sheer force which he is not completely able to keep under control yet, Eridani usually have to manipulate light through a designated wand which helps him focus his power.
WISH GRANTING

A Miracle bestowed upon him by the unknown deity who reincarnated him. Eridani can listen to the wish of another person, then closes his eyes and prays, and such wish would be granted in an instance should the deity approves of it.

Although overpowering, this ability comes with many limitations. Firstly, he can only grant a maximum of five wishes per day. Secondly, the wish must be from other people and not from himself, and it must be something tangible and reasonable (i.e. time reversal or a million dollars will definitely not be accepted). Finally, although a wish is generally granted in a moment, sometimes the deity may "test" the wisher's belief and extend the duration in which it is granted.

A wand made from strong steel which can absorb Eridani's power with a focuser shaped like a star to release it. While most of the time it is the mean for the young boy to use his power, occasionally in can be used as a blunt object capable of knocking out a person too, due to its' hardness.

From his earliest memory, the boy can never forget the starry sky which he gazed upon the moment he was found, by none other than Mizore - the person whom he endearingly calls Mommy during a subjugation mission of Grimm's Organziation 8 years ago. Upon his journey to become an up-and-coming agent for the organization, he had learned that he was originally a dying star, reincarnated in the form of a boy by an unknown deity, yet mysteriously pulled down to Earth.
And he was given the name Eridani Canis Majoris, after some of the brightest stars ever discovered, befitting his stature.
There is much unrest in the world right now, with fairies and oddities fighting so hard each day to find a place for themselves among humans. It was but by Fate's hands that Eridani was given the chance to begin a new life, and he had set out on a personal mission to fill the hearts of everyone with his lights.
