Another trait that can be depicted from Hokata is that he's actually quite a shy young man. He was born in Kyoto and his life was as normal as any other children. His family wasn't that rich, but they still have enough to lead on a peaceful and normal life. He has always been taught that even if he has to suffer in the future, he must never lose himself, keep on his smile and follow whichever paths that he felt righteous. Hokata once thought that his life will just be a straight line like that, but how can a child like him back then could even predict the crisis that he'll soon had to gone through? It was his sharpest memory, somethings that would haunted him for the rest of his life. Hokata can remember that faithful night clearly. It was a Saturday night when he's only 11 and his father was taking his mother and him to eat outside since he's just received his wage for the month. He could remember how happy he was then, to be with the people whom he loved the most in his life. The street which his father drove on was quite deserted. And then, suddenly a blinding light appeared from nowhere right in front of his eyes. Before he could even notice, a great impact was felt. A large truck which was driven carelessly ran straight into them. Hokata hit his head on the seat in front of him and went unconscious, but in fact, his whole body were numbing in agony. Moments later, when Hokata managed to regain his consciousness, he turned his gaze to his father, but he didn't flinch or breathe anymore. And he could smell the sickeningly scent of petrol pouring out. His mother, who was trapped next to him, tell him to break the door and try to escape before the car explode. He started crying and tell her that he don't want her to leave him alone. But, she can only smiled to him one last time, telling him that he must live on before passing away right before his eyes. Trying his best to break the window, he managed to escape the car and crawled away merely just seconds before the car exploded. As police cars and an ambulance started to arrive, Hokata coughed out blood as his vision slowly blurred. But before he couldn't see nothing else but blackness, Hokata faintly saw a man wearing a lab coat was emerging him. Hokata didn't know anything about what has happened during the time when he wasn't awaken. He couldn't remember how long has his consciousness left him either. When he finally flinched and stirred, he found himself in a white cloth as he was lying on a bed in a white room. As Hokata sat up on the bed, he felt much different than before the accident happened. He realized that he's also grown taller and developed some muscles. But just as he's still puzzled of his whereabouts, a voice then called his name from the speaker system, telling him that he's now in a laboratory belonged to an anonymous man who can't share his name. Then it started to explain to Hokata about everything. The voice tells him that he was on the verge of death in the accident back then, but the man saw that he was 'suitable' and he decided to bring him to the lab where he was recreated into a super soldier with the ability of healing and regeneration. They also informed him that he will now get a change into a more comfortable attire before they take him to a market nearby. Still confused of what has happened, he couldn't believe that he was no longer just a normal human anymore. But he couldn't do anything else rather than following what the voice had ordered him. After changing his clothes, a group of soldiers marched into the room and escorted him to the market, where he was supposed to find people like him out there. As he wandered aimlessly around the market for a day or so, trying not to draw any attention and avoiding the rogues, Hokata eventually came across with another super soldier like him. He then came to the apartment which all of them share and began his new life since then. Along with the others who are also like him, Hokata had taken up the duty of fighting the evil forces and protecting the lives of the civilians. He can only wonders what sort of mission are waiting ahead of them everyday. Through those stories, the middle-aged woman has taught him many things, but the most important thing is that he must always believe in himself, follow whichever paths he felt rightous and keep moving on even if life would get hard in the future. As an innocent child, Eric gladly learned by heart those lessons before his mother sent him to sleep every nights through her beautiful lullabies. Eric also has many friends around his age and he got along with them quite well. However, those happy memories ended and the true crisis has begun. The war that happened twelve years ago will be a deep scar that will never disappeared in his heart. A 6-year-old Eric was still playing with his friends, and then troops appeared, killing anyone in their sight. Eric hastily made his way back home, only to find that Alexis was lying dead along with his Aerea, shortly after that, Yi Lin's Aerea was also killed. The scene shocked Eric and he began to cry. This caught their attention and when they were aiming at him, his mother quickly took the bullets for him, muttering that she loved him and told him to run away, as fast as he can. Though he was still so shocked, he tried to run as fast as he could, knowing that he was being chased. But luckily, he has managed to hide and got away from their sights. That is when Eric met Daliah Morse, one of his mother's friends. Realizing her, he told her what has happened as he was still shivering with tears streaming down his cheeks. Daliah calmed Eric and told him that everything will be okay and told him that she will give him new parents. With that said, the woman sent him to the States, where his new life began. He was taken in to the foster care of a normal human couple who couldn't have a child. His adopting mother was Roxanne Lotto and his adopting father was Adrian Walker. At first, he was so scared and felt strange because his parents wasn't around and America was totally an out-of-the-world country for him. But the couple was very kind and they treated him like their own son. Because of that, he began to trust them and opened himself more. Soon, even though the trauma still haunted him, he finally moved on and began to developed his characters like how he is today. Roxanne and Adrian are always giving their adopted child anything he needed and give him the love that he has lost from his parents. Roxanne taught him how to play piano and Adrian often took him out to the park at weekends. Even though they always listened to Eric, he remains a good and well-behave child like when he was with his parents and he showed them his most sincere gratefulness for giving him a home and a family. Knowing that he can't show his power to the public freely like he used to anymore, he has kept it hidden from everyone. After a few months getting used to his new home, his foster parents sent him to school, where he met new friends. Even though he was quite shy at first, he got along well with them like his old friends. Eric's life has totally turned over a new leaf, but he was happy. At school, he studies quite hard and often have good marks. As he continues to grew, he became more and more attractive. After elementary school, he was quite popular among the students in the middle school because of his looks and his sociability, though he didn't aware of his sexual orientation until the first year of high school. Thanks for Kyo's parents, many of their misdeeds were brought to light during internal purges brought out by the government. But this is also the reason why their family had to moved a lot since many forces wanted Kyo's parents dead. But Kyo just lived on like any other children without fearing for his life like his parents always do. That is, until a fateful day when Kyo was 12... Kyo was back from school like everyday, but just as he opened the door to his house, he was shocked to found out that everything was so dark and a gloomy atmosphere was staining in the air. Cautiously approaching his parents' room, he quietly opened the door, only to having the scenery that he was seeing haunted him until now. He widen his eyes in horror as he fell back when he saw both of his parents were being hanged. When the police arrived, the concluded that both of them were killed, much to Kyo's shock. Such loss was too much for anyone, especially a child like Kyo back then to take. Although he has moved on right now, it is something that we can never forget for the rest of his life. Unable to put Kyo into foster care of another couple or sending him to an orphanage, Kyo was given an apartment of himself and was funded with the money he needed every month by the government. And from that on, Kyo has begun to live an independent life all by himself, even though he was supposed to live under the care of his parents at the age like that. But, he had never given up and worked hard to survive. At first, it was so hard for him to live alone like that. But eventually, he has gotten used to the life of isolation. He had to learnt to do everything by himself without any helps from anyone and soon becoming the person he is today. Despite his loss, Kyo was still an intelligent kid and he was one of the top students at his school back then. Thanks to his appearance and personalities, he attracts attentions from both genders and here and then would occasionally receives love letters, but was too dense to realize the love that he was receiving then. Things had been going like that for years, until the day he was 18. His intelligence and abilities seemed to caught the attention of a school called Linears and they've been watching him in the shadow for quite some while. One day, when Kyo returned to from his part-time works, he received a letter told him that he was selected by them to enroll their school. Although a bit wary at first, Kyo eventually accepted to join them. At his new school, he was put into a team and they got on well together. They worked hard and soon becoming one of the top students of the school, earning themselves the title of 'The Alphas'. His senses are also quite acute compares to everyone (e.g. Mizore can listen to noises that are fairly far away from him.) However, Mizore only has peaked-human conditions, he isn't invincible at all. He has his own limits and although he can still last considerably long in combat, he stands no chance if he was outnumbered. While Mizore has high resistances against blunt attacks, he is vulnerable against attacks that originates from elements such as fire, wind, etc. But he's pretty sure that what he's currently capable of isn't what he's [i]totally[/i] capable of yet. Eventually, years passed and they both grew up. Going through with intense training and their father's strictness had shaped them into who they are today. They can only stop such powers for a duration of a few minutes. [b]Blind Spot[/b]; Most of the time when Aoi is fighting by himself, he only creates a barrier in front of him that block off the attacks that were aimed in an adjacent direction, so there are chances that his opponents could attack him surprisingly from behind. He's also taken up swordplay at a young age, although it took him some times to persuade his parents, so that can one day protect everyone. However, not very long later, he experienced the very first loss of his life. His mother died because of a grave illness and left everyone in the family speechless. Heartbroken, Kaworu - Aoi's and Yuuki's father, abandoned them and traveled far away from their hometown when Aoi is only 12 years old. Although he was depressed at first, he soon mustered up his courage and promised his sister that he will always take care of her from then on. And so, the years in which both Aoi and Yuuki have to rely on each other to live their lives began. This is also the time that has formed Aoi into the person he is today. And he really had prayed hard that these peaceful days will continue forever. But as cruel and cold as it was, fate has decided to take his only purpose of living away from him. It was when the plague caused by the Ankáthia virus broke out in his hometown, killing almost all of its inhabitants. Both Aoi and Yuuki also fell victims to the disease and Aoi could only laid on his bed helplessly. He's never felt himself more useless in his life. He doesn't want to die when he still had so many regrets and that he couldn't be able to protect his sister. They managed to get an antidote, but the dose is only enough for one of them. Of course, Aoi has had his sister to take it and telling her to keep living on even though he isn't around anymore. Yuuki then smiled while nodded to him as she gave him a cup of his favorite beverage - espresso. He gladly drank all the stuff, happily that he's able to taste his sister's coffee one last time. What'd happened next is what still filled him with endless gratitude, but also the haunting guilt even until now... Aoi suddenly felt better than ever, as if the virus that had infected him were all destroyed in an instant. His strength returns to him and he's never felt so alive. And then, Yuuki coughed out blood before fallen onto the floor. While holding his sister in his hands, Aoi was shocked to found out that the antidote Yuuki took was just a fake one. She's secretly poured the real one into his drink earlier. Aoi started to cry helplessly and blamed himself for not being able to protect her. But she shook her head and said that it was the only thing she could do to repay him for protecting her all his life. With a content smile on her face, Yuuki wished Aoi to have a free life before exhaled her last breath... It felt as if the world has just crumbled. He's lost everything that is dear to him. News about it were spread and some knights from the citadel arrived, stating that he's now become an Angel and that he must take up the duty of serving their Queen. Knowing that there's nothing else that he can do, Aoi accepted the call anyway. He's been under the service of the Queen for almost 4 years and become quite famous for being one of her best knights. He's never failed to accomplish whatever requests she had. On the other hand, Aoi has always had suspicions towards both the Queen herself and one of the twins who were her closest guards - who also used to be Aoi's partner and best friend. One day, both Aoi and the knight were set out on a secret mission to destroy a rebellion. While the knight did all the dirty work and killed all the riots as ordered by the Queen, Aoi came across some children who's also parts of the rebellion. Couldn't bear to watch the massacre anymore, Aoi stopped his partner right when he was about to set his wrath on the helpless children. He fended off against the knight for a short while enough for the children to flee, before lowered down his own saber and surrendered, accepting his fate of being locked up in the dungeon for his disobedience. But his intense desire for freedom didn't allow him to just rot away in dungeon like that. Which is why, that night, Aoi joined some prisoners who was planning on an escapade and they all succeeded in getting away from the city. The other prisoners walked away in their own separate directions. Aoi also wandered aimlessly, hiding away from the sight of the Queen's knights until he came across with the Outsiders - the official rebels of the kingdom. They welcomed him to join their causes despite his position as an ex-knight. Upon joining them, Aoi discovered the tyrannical truth behind the Queen's reign and decided to swear his loyalty to the Outsiders, whom he now considers as his family. With his intelligence and strength, Aoi soon become a key member of the rebels. And after a few years, the former leader decided to resign and chosen Aoi to be the next Leader of the Outsiders - the Queen's and her knights' most dangerous enemies. He always tried to sharpen his skills and come up with new ways in combat. So, no, Arithmancy isn't something of his comfort zone, and probably never will. ✦[b]Legilimency[/b] - Ironically, while Vincent is a master of Occlumency, he found its contracting art to be much more complicated. This is partly due to his beliefs that whatever the reasons are, people's minds are not something that should be freely peaked into. Sitting still without doing anything just to wait for a certain something or someone is itchy and it will make him wanted to pop his head. Pretty much like in the fight, he's most probably not the one to patiently sitting back while watching his colleagues fighting in front of him without assisting. And this could be a disadvantage sometimes. ✦[b]Over-protective[/b] - Even though he might not look like it, Vincent is the one who's willing to stand at the front line and ready to protect his colleagues and loved ones. As the two met, they fell in love and soon after their wedding, they gave birth to a child. A boy, who shares both of their bloodlines in his veins. They named him Vincent Chang. And the child has grown up to have a normal life just like any other Muggles would during their childhood. As he grew up, so did his inner magical gift. He was interested in the wizarding world very much and the stories from his father never cease to amaze a child like him back then. Everyday, he was thrilled and looking forward until his father return, to tell him legends about the wizards, the spells, the magical creatures, and so on. When he reached the age of 11, Vincent received an invitation of enrollment from Mahoukotoro School of Magic. This was when their family moved from Shanghai to Japan, in order for their child to take part in the wizarding school. When a wand made of cherry with the core of a phoenix feather chosen Vincent to be its owner, many predicted that he would be an excellent student. Well, it's true. Vincent was indeed a model student to be looked up at school. But he never shows arrogance, knowing that there's still a lot of things for him to learn if he wanted to be a capable wizard like his father. After reaching the age of 15 and having finished his fifth years at Mahoukotoro, Adrian's Office in Asia transferred him to England. Integration was not a big problem, since an employee working for the Ministry of Magic in London is a close relative with their family. It was here that Vincent met Cho Chang, a graduated student from the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and a cousin which he's never met before. She told him of the great Battle of Hogwarts and recalled how the Chosen One defeated the former Dark Lord himself. Inspired by the story, Vincent continued his study of magic in Hogwarts and was chosen as a member of Gryffindor's house. At first, it was rather difficult for Vincent due to cultural shocks and all and the fact that Hogwarts is indeed very different from Mahoukotoro. Blood status discrimination is something that is strictly forbidden back in Japan, but apparently not very strict here in London. The curriculum is a lot more intense and tests are not to be taken lightly. But nonetheless, Vincent still persevere and keep up being a capable student that is acknowledged by the professors and his fellow students. He never showed any hesitation on his way. [i]It was here that the story begin to take a twist...[/i] During his final year at the academy, a tragedy struck. His house was attacked by a powerful Dark Wizard who has had a grudge with his father, Adrian, for a long time. Adrian has fought vigilantly along with his son against the malicious wizard. But what he didn't expect is that the Wizard has somehow managed to brought along with him a Dementor. In a moment of carelessness, Adrian has had his positive emotions sucked away and was 'kissed' by the creature, breaking his soul completely. Vincent could only look in horror as he was being strained by the Dark Wizard, blaming himself for not being able to save his father. As the Dementor sucked away the remaining of positiveness in him, it leans its mouth closer to him. But just as that moment, a miracle happened. Some Aurors from the Ministry arrived and drove the Dementor away before it could has its way with Vincent, like how it did with his father. The Dark Wizard was sentenced for a lifetime at Azkaban, but the loss Vincent and his mother has to suffered is irreplaceable. Adrian still live on, but in a plant-like state, with his soul no longer there anymore. Grieving at the fact that he couldn't save his father, Vincent has sworn to become stronger. He passed all the N.E.W.Ts and successfully earning the title of Auror. Now, along with being an Auror, Vincent has also been actively working as a member of the Resistance, taking up the oath not to rest until the very last of Dark Wizards have been caught. Belphegor found no points in making friends, with the exception of the other Princes, he doesn't have any other friends. However, much to the contrary of his laziness, Belphegor has shown himself to be the [b]calmest[/b] person ever, hardly ever losing his temper. He's fiercely [b]intelligent[/b], unbelievably good at solving mysteries, and is always able to find a solution if he gives it enough thought. The fact that Belphegor fell asleep in classes from time to time but always managed to reply his teachers' questions never ceases to amaze everyone. He's also highly [b]manipulative[/b] and [b]cunning[/b], never let others to get the best of him. If there's anything that interested him enough, he tends to get excited more than he usually would. Born in the small town of Miyabi under the wings of a loving couple, Hiruka has never had an easy life outside the safety of his house. Because he had always been a fragile and vulnerable boy, he was always the target of bullying, whether it was Kindergarten or Elementary school. But he couldn't do anything. A smile that had completely changed his life. Their friendship began here and their lives had become anew by each other's side. They were the best of friends, never doing anything without each other. Soon, they realized that the feeling they have for each other had long surpassed the line of friendship. However, when it almost feels as if nothing could separate them anymore, their families decided to move away from the small town where they've grown up together.
