Promise me snow and I'll be yours forever
Nicolette is very confused in almost everything she does: She can do something perfectly, but never explain what she does, nor can she teach it to another. Interested in psychology and philosophy, Nicolette spends more time observing others than actually talking to them, often taking notes in a small composition book sub-consciously. When around others, she can come up with witty comment upon witty comment, but thinks too hard about conversation to actually participate in one itself. When by herself, she draws, horribly- she admits, hums tunes- even those unfamiliar, and daydreams about conversations that never occurred. Despite the common codes of friendship, Nicolette will talk to anyone as long as they start the conversation with her first. This shouldn’t be taken as her being shy, as she can be outgoing once she starts to know people, but as being cautious around new faces. She’s afraid of getting hurt, afraid of losing a part of herself to someone else. Nicolette has a difficult time with tough decisions, but tends to complain about whatever decision she has made after making it. She’s overly aware of her conscious and believes that she should justify everything that she does, regardless of what other people think of her actions. Everything is an overreaction when it comes to Nicolette.
Nicolette is the third of six children born to Marie and Cornelius Enstroll, the only in the family to have inherited the charcoal toned hair and the grey eyes of their mother. All of her siblings had the sandy hair of their father and various shades of blue within their irises. Due to this, Nicolette always felt alienated from the family, even though she bore a similarity to her mother. This allowed her to sympathize with the cold of the Plains of Puran in the winter. Nicolette loved the feel of snow on her skin, how the goosebumps rose when she got cold, how there was always an option of warmth to save her from the hazards of the frozen world she often threw herself into. Therefore, it only made sense that she wished for the snow day and night. Even now, becoming the adult she was meant to be, Nicolette adores the snow.
