Appearance: Narissa had long, blue hair that falls down to her knees. She usually has it down but when acting upon an order or training she wears it in a ponytail. Narissa's eyes are a deep red color and in some lighting can appear maroon. She is almost always seen in some sort of dress or kimono and heels.
Personality: Narissa is often a kind, and quiet girl. Enjoying the things she couldn't as a child after she was shipped away like sweets and dresses. On the other hand, when Narissa is given an order or someone attacks her, her child-like antics disappear, revealing the cold-hearted and deadly machine years of government training made her.
Occupation: Narissa has never had a job other than working for the Government and the Iron Fist.
Weapons/Powers: Narissa's power is Hydrokinesis(Click for more info). She can 'create', shape and manipulate water as well as change it's form.(Ice, steam, vapor etc.)
Weaknesses: Despite popular belief Narissa cannot simply 'create' water she can only multiply it. Because of this if she has no sources of water near her and no water on her person than she cannot use her powers. Lastly, dryness and extreme heat affect Narissa in strange ways, the effects able to range from a headache, to blacking out, to becoming violently ill depending on the amount and duration of heat/dryness. Narissa herself must stay hydrated to be able to use her powers so she usually has come sort of purse or back with a water bottle or two in it.
History/Bio: Narissa was born 5 years before The Storm, her birthday being on the exact day of the event. A week after The Storm her powers surfaced, mostly reacting to her emotions. Her parents both being small town politicions when they realized her powers they turned Narissa over to the Government. For the past nine years Narissa has been being trained in a government facility to be put on a team. Recently, in the last week, Narissa was deemed ready to join a team and was put into Iron Fist and shipped off to the city to meet up with Jack.
