History: Vann is a pretty average for one of the One Piece fans and trains daily whenever he isn't partying with the rest of the crews. He started smoking awhile before joining the crew, this is what gave him his ability.

Abilities/Skills: Vann is quite acrobatic; he can easily take quite a few hits before it does any real damage. Gained the powers of the Moku moku no mi (Smoke smoke fruit).
Moves: - Smoke Shot: Vann shoots out condensed smoke from his arms.
- White out: Smoke is shot out everywhere covering a large distance, this makes is practically impossible to see in for anyone except Vann.
