Appearance:
Avis stands at around 5ft4, quite small for his age – which appears to be around sixteen. He has a lack of muscle on his bones and pale skin, making him look ill. His mop of silvery-grey hair is a wild mess, the front swept to one side to keep out of his big dark eyes – ideally he needs a haircut. Then you might notice the dull grey ears poking out from his mess of hair, a tail of the same colour to match – touch them to find that they are made of cold metal. Note how he stands strangely? It's because from his calf downwards, his legs are more like a feline's, even with the extra joint. They too are made of the solid cold metal.

Personality:
Avis hasn't had much of a chance to develop much of a personality. For now, he is much like a young child, curious about everything and always asking questions – which can become rather annoying. He also does enjoy play, play-fighting especially. He can seem to be rather jumpy, as his animal instincts often heavily influence him.

Equipment:
The clothes on his back. That is pretty much it.

Powers:
Origin: A mix of Science and Technology. Scientists took him in as a boy and adapted him in a secret operation in which subjects were injected with the DNA of an animal and metal attachments were added to the subjects so that they were a hybrid of animal and human. Avis guesses that it was some kind of success, or he wouldn't be alive in the world – though he isn't actually sure what happened.

Feline Capabilities: Because of the enhancements made to Avis's body, he has gained heightened senses of sight, hearing and smell to a certain extent. His metal tail gives him extra balance, and his feline limbs allow him to climb and jump higher than most.

He may grow to find other strengths that his changes have given him.

History:
Avis's earliest memories were of white coats and bright lights and his head throbbing. It wasn't until a while later he was able to understand that he was part of a science experiment, trying to fuse animal DNA with humans to try and make them stronger, like supers – for reasons he couldn't exactly figure out.
Avis was fused with feline DNA, metal ears, tail and lower legs added to him so that he could use his newly found strength. There were others, with other animal parts – though he doesn't really remember it all properly. It's all a bit of a blur, because he was always waking up somewhere new.

Recently, he woke to find no white coats and no bright lights, instead a blue sky above him and birds chirping nearby. What's going on, he doesn't know. But now he's on his own, with little knowledge of the world he's in now. He could probably use a carer of some description, as a cat-boy could cause a little mischievous trouble without realising.
