Carmen is very bubbly and fun. She is also a natural flirt. Carmen doesn't really play by the rules she makes enemies as fast as she makes friends and is usually the center of attention due to her loud and bubbly nature. Carmen is not easily angered but offend her and you have crossed a path you don't want to cross.

History:
Carmen has always loved water ever since she was little. She wanted be a mermaid when she grew up! Her parent's knew very well she was something special, something unique. Carmen grew older realizing her powers and her parents sent her to this camp.Both her parents were supernatural beings and realized that her powers were far too dangerous to just let her live a normal life.
