Personality:
Both Annie and Moni act the same: Hyper, energetic, curious, and bright. They're very friendly, and very much willing to please. And although very young, they are very world-weary, and wise. Their intelligence is also beyond normal. While still children, (and it shows) they are ready to act when it comes down to it. However, their inner child is still intact. They love playing games, and even to an extent, playing pranks on people. Looking nearly identicle, they've gotten a few jokes cut out for them. While their crossdressing is seen as more of a game, they seem to like it. However, they act more like young girls, than boys.
Special Abilities/Skills:
Annie - Annie in somewhat is a Hydromancer - He can control and create water. However, like most spellcasters, these aren't the limit on his powers. He also has a rather firm grip on physical manipulation and other mysticism spells.
Moni - Moni is somewhat of a Pyromancer - He can control and create fire. Again, this is only the start of his abilities, as he's also able to use illusion and alteration spells with the best of them. He can conjur smoke, mirror images, or even walk on water.
Hobbies:
Annie - Annie rather likes to sing, and his high pitched feminine voice allows him to be rather skilled at such. He also likes to write his own songs, or add a twist to those he hears.
Moni - Moni rather enjoys the physical pursuits. Cooking being the largest one. He often draws as well, saying he dreams of becoming a fashion designer one day.
Serious Flaws/Addictions/Disorders:
Both of them refuse to wear male clothing. Not that this really causes a problem, as their single mother seems to rather like the boys acting like girls, even if they are rambunctious.
Relationship History: Neither Annie or Moni have ever had a relationship. They're very young. But...they're very curious about relationships.

Both Annie and Moni are not sure of what they want out of their partners ,really. They want someone whom is bold, good looking, and charming. And while this combination is generally hard to find in the homosexual community, they aren't letting it get to them. Although, older, and experienced is defintely a plus. They haven't completely ruled out females, though.
