Personality: Amy is a little naive, very trusting, can be unaware of herself at times and is easily treated like a doormat. She is loyal almost to a fault.
Amy is initially cautious. She is a little clumsy, and usually plays the role of a peacekeeper - but often wishes she wasn't stuck in the middle. Although she's normally patient, sometimes it all gets too much and Amy snaps and no one wants to be around Amy when she loses her temper!
Although people rarely pay attention to what Amy has to say, she can sometimes come out of left field with a streak of genius that can help them find their way out of sticky situations.
History: When Amy was four years old, her mother told her that she was a Shadowhunter. Amy immediately started training. Even though she couldn’t physically train she trained to learn the runes and symbols. Since she was so young, they have been ingrained her mind since then. When she was five, her little sister was born. Rosie was tiny and adorable, and Amy loved her to death. But when it came time for Rosie to started training, Amy quickly grew jealous about how easy the training process was for her. When Amy was fifteen years old and Rosie was ten, they were training with daggers in the backyard. Rosie had developed a sharp tongue, and knew exactly what to say to get under Amy’s skin. At some point, Amy got so frustrated that before she knew what she was doing, she had thrust the dagger deep into Rosie’s chest. Her parents were furious, and extremely depressed over the loss of their youngest child.
A year later, word got around about the kidnapping of a few Shadowhunters, and Amy jumped at the chance to prove her worth, and to get away from the house. It’s her duty to rescue those in peril, and she’ll give her life for it if she has to.
Anything Else: Amy has a tattoo of a dream catcher on her back, to be rid of the negative energy that comes with her profession.
