Silas stands at 5'8”, slightly shorter than his brother Luke: 5'9”. Wide shoulders, large pecks, and curly black hair. It used to be blonde but he dyed it once he turned. All his blemishes and imperfections are gone now that he is a vampire, his emerald eyes having a strange hold to them. A tattoo of a cross is etched into the left side of his chest.

None of his family knew that Silas was going to quit the Shadowhunter life to be with Mia. However, before he could Mia had died. No one knows the truth about what happened and think he is dead.

Personality:
Silas is a gentle character who loves being creative and to spoil his Mimi. He's quiet and chooses to express his love and feelings through actions and art. To relieve stress he trains and rarely loses his temper. The only person to see that side of him is Mia when he loses himself under all the pressure of being that 'great' Shadowhunter.



History:
Silas grew up in the typical Shadowhunter home under large amounts of pressure from not only his parents but also his older brother. Before he met Mia, Chace was the only one to accept him and just want to do 'normal' things. His little brother took interest in the same things he did and just wanted someone to play with instead of being so alone. Chace wished he'd spent more time with him but back then he was so worried about what his parents thought and wanted to make them happy.

When he met Mia and started dating her, he became more confident and happy. His parents did not like the fact that he was dating a mundane nor did Luke but Chance, he was different. He supported him and even liked Mia. Mia made him feel complete, she was his better half, his Captain. She made everyday fun, they would even stay up late into the night talking over the phone when they couldn't meet up. She wasn't very talkative, actually very quiet and shy like himself so they understood each other like no one else did. When he went on dates with her, he would have to sneak out to meet her. Almost always he got caught and punished, but he never let her know. She figured it out at one point, seeing the scars on his body during a heated time but they never spoke of it. They just knew. He enjoyed just holding her, spoiling her, talking to her...but all changed one night. They had been on a date, finally able to see each other after two weeks when a vampire who had a personal grudge against Silas showed up. He out-numbered him, took his girl, and killed her before his eyes. They told him they would turn her.

Unable to bear the pain of living without her and having to face the possibility of having to kill her one day on his job, he went to their hide-out and volunteered to be turned. The two of them were going to be together forever, they had talked about what measures they would have to take to be with one another. And to be with her, he had to quit being a Shadowhunter. He was already planning on leaving that part of himself behind to be with her...so how much different would it be from being a Mundane to a Vampire? He hasn't been able to see her yet because he is trying to regain strength and get over his blood thirst but he misses her so much it hurts his...heart.
