-Kymora: A race of Elf-like warriors from the far southern islands of The Grah. Sworn enemies to the Elves, thousands of years ago the two races clashed in an epic war that nearly put both races to near extinction. When the war was discovered by the Empire of Cathe, they intervened quickly to stop the destruction of the race. Because it was the Kymora who declared war on the Elves, it was their punishment to bear when they were defeated. As a punishment, the Empire's strongest mages created a curse that twisted and disfigured the bodies of the Kymora, who were once as beautiful and as fair as the Elves. For the rest of time they would be scorned and hated by the races of the land, with their twisted flesh as a reminder of their sins... As added punishment, many Kymora were taken from their home world and turned into slave warriors for the Elves, and the Empire both.
