Personality: Ella is a shy girl to anybody she dosn't know, and she hardly ever talks to any Crimsyns. She is a head-down kind of girl, and only really has a few close friends. She is very clever, and feels very angry towards the crimsyns.
Family: Ella has a little brother Tom, but her mother has been killed, and her father is in prison.
History: Up until five years ago, Ella lived happily with her mother and father. But then she woke up with a huge, blue burn, and it all went downhill from there. Her dad lost his job, and they had to move to a tiny, stuffy house. Then, two years ago, Ella's mother was killed by a crimsym. She dosn't know why, and she dosn't know how, but her mum was shot in the back, by a man who didn't even get arrested. It didn't even make the news. Ella still burns with hatred for that man, and all Crimsyms.One year ago, Ella's tiny house was stormed by Crimsyn police officers, who then arrested her father for he murder of a Crimsyn man in Birnigham. He was innocent, as Ella well knew, but he still got life in prison. Another reason Ella burns with hate for the Crimsyns. Ella also has a job as a paper girl, delivering papers to both Crimsyn and Nayvii houses, she has got many bad memorys of this job. She hopes going to this new school will be a better life for her, but she has a horrible, sinking feeling that it won't.She just dosn't understand why Crimsyns are differant, or speicial. She lives in a childrens home for Nayviis with her brother, where she shares a room with Raeya, a Vie-lett who Ella dosn't really like. She isn't sure why.
