โŒŠ Hanako is a petite girl, with the body of a prepubescent boy and the face of a child. She isn't particularly proud of that fact and it is one of the many things she feels self-concious about, so she tries to compensate for it by constantly ensuring her appearance is always dainty and feminine. With her pale, porcelain skin and delicate limbs, this is not a hard image to pull off.

Hanako was born with long, thick black hair from her fathers side of the family which falls to her lower back in natural wave, with her fringe cut to fall just below the eyebrows and frame her face. Hanako is more prone to wearing her hair up in two ringlets on either side of her face, held in place by purple clips. This not only keeps her hair out of the way during school hours, but it also gives Hanako a very young and childlike appearance, again furthering the idea of delicacy and innocence. This pairs with her huge blue eyes, which can change colour depending on the lighting, varying from deep purple to a bright blue. Hanako is the very picture of purity.

Hanako prefers to don clothes of a much younger nature, and that is why she chooses to wear the school uniform even if it is not strictly required. At school she is often donning a black skirt and tights, with a white blouse shirt and an orange blazer displaying the school emblem. She often finishes the ensemble off with a neatly tied bow around her neck and shiny black ballet flats. Though rather formal, she is not the only student who follows a similar dress code.

However, once Hanako returns home and is able to change into her casual clothes, she wears something more light. Often tending towards clothes of lighter shades and paler colours, such a rose or sky blue, Hanako favours summer dresses and sandles; oversized jumpers paired with shorts and stockings; Chiffon blouses tucked into skirts. Though she is not prone to wearing jeans, trainers or plain shirts of any kind. Well...at least not out in public. Hanako has always been a quiet child, who took great pleasure is helping others and making other people happy.

She has an open mind and will listen to anyone who comes to her for advice, then does everything in her power to help that individual. She looks at everyone through a rose-tinted glass, believing that there are no truly evil individuals in the world, and that everyone has good inside them.

This is where her personality starts to contradict. Because she is wise way beyond her years, and yet still has the naivety of a child. Or at least most people see her trust in people as a sign of her naivety, although it is not. Just because Hanako believes everyone is good does not mean she is stupid.

Hanako is a lot tougher than people give her credit for due to her childish face. She knows bad things happen and she is the first to stand in the way of adversity for the sake of others, though most would call her stupid for even trying.

However, we all have our flaws, and Hanako suffers from extreme nerves. She has been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, and she battles with most social interactions between others. The only time Hanako feels comfortable actually talking to others in a one-on-one setting. Otherwise, Hanako never talks to people.

โŒŠ Hanako's apartment building is stationed on campus which is perfect due to her early and late hour lessons. Hanako's room is stationed on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the main school building. Her room has a blue and white color scheme, with a white bed with blue linen, a white desk, and a white wardrobe. In one corner there is a blue and white cat bed, and a white cat climbing frame, with a blue litter box. These are all for her gray tabby Bacon who lives in her dorm with her.
There are another 20 students living in the dorm with Hanako, with 5 students per floor. Each floor has a toilet and single shower room, however it is the group floor that hold the student lounge, with a tv and pool table, along with the kitchen and dinning room for the students.โŒ‰

โŒŠ Hanako was born to a loving mother and father, and had a very happy childhood where she was doted on by her parents and given the very best that life had to offer. She was very happy, and those early years were spent going out and exploring the world with her parents. However when Hanako turned 6 she was sent to elementary school, and that is when everything changed. Hanako was a gentle girl at heart and on the first day of school she ran into a group of girls who were bullying a small boy, she stood up for the boy but this only meant that she was now their new target of ridicule.

Hanako was bullied brutally for 6 long years, and this caused her to slowly became terrified of talking to people, scared she would provoke their anger. Thought she still managed to stand up for others when the bullying turned from her, those 6 years give her a psychological scar that would take many more to heal. She never told her parents once because she didn't want to upset them, especially because just as Hanako started her final year of elementary, her parents had a little boy.

This was one year before the accident. When Hanako was 13 and her brother only 1, her parents died in a car accident when coming home from the restaurant they went to for their anniversary. They were staying at their aunts at the time, and that was who they continued to live with after their parents death. Though her brother was not to badly affected due to his age, The death of her parents only caused Hanako to become even more withdrawn until the only time she ever truly spoke was when she was at home.

It was decided once Hanako finished Middle school she would be transferred to school in the City of Light. One the day before she was meant to move to her new room, her Aunt gave her a small grey tabby so that Hanako wouldn't be completely alone while away from home.

As the numbers on the clock changed from 6:59 to 7:00, a loud blaring cry sounded throughout the room, waking up more than just the person it was meant for. Satoshi continued snoring quietly as the blaring continued, and didn't move from under his bundle of blankets until he could hear pounding on the wall above his bed from the room next door. "Okay, okay, I'm getting up! Geez..." Reluctantly, Satoshi fumbled out of his covers and turned off the alarm, silencing the room and bringing back the sleepy calm that he knew he couldn't afford to enjoy at the moment.

Standing, he made his way to the bathroom, and thirty minutes later he was skipping out the door fully dressed and racing to catch up with his friends. Ryou and Akatsuki always managed to be up and ready before him, despite the fact they were the angriest people ever at being woken up. "Oi, noroma, hurry up or we're gonna go to breakfast without you!" Satoshi laughed and ran to walk beside them, skateboard in one hand and bat in the other. "Aw c'mon, I'm not that slow am I?" Ryou snickered and tussled Sou's hair playfully. "Nah, we're just teasing you."

His smile didn't lie. "Hey Fuji, aren't Baseball tryouts today?" Satoshi nodded, and proceeded to chat about the tryouts. When they got to the dormitory's exit, all three boys made use of their skateboards, cruising through the crowd of students on their way to the Cafeteria. "I win!" Sou said triumphantly as he reached the building barely ten seconds before his friends. Upon entry, they were bombarded by the rest of their group, and ate together in a swirl of random commentary, occasional insults, and otherwise average conversation. It wasn't long before the warning bell rang .

As the group dispersed, Satoshi shoved his bat in his bag as far as it would go, holding his skateboard under his arm as he walked to his first class. Classical Literature was one of his favorite classes, and though he would never admit it, part of the reason was because Natsuki sat two seats away.
