Background: Mel Edwin before this all began was a professor in a university and a caring father. He was divorced from his ex-wife and as a child was trained by his father to learn how to use a rifle for hunting and was a boxer during his teen years. He gave up his boxing years after a horrible leg injury (*hint* Agility so low*Hint*). After divorcing his wife he became addicted to alcohol beverages because of his depressing thoughts, yet other than that his life was normal until the outbreak. Since then, his kids and ex-wife have passed away and he has been alone in the world.
