Personality

Pessimistic and paranoid, Morcerus can be described as the crazy demon-worshiping, devil-crow. Charming, isn’t it? He has the tendency to be sadistic, and merciless in fights, but has a cool analytical side to him. At times, Morcerus is twisted and maniacal, at others; he is polite and well spoken. These inverse personas can be blamed as the result of being a Chaos Sorcerer; Light and Darkness conflicting, as the two sides of him. He wasn’t always like that, however. Once, he was a steady combination of the two, but since using the magic, it began to change him.
Morcerus is also an extremely honest person, but somehow manages to manipulate others around him, for good or for bad. In general, he is very neutral, and takes the side of logic and well-thought-reasoning. He isn’t selfish per-se, but doesn’t quite find very many people ‘worthy’ of proper assistance. He only needs himself: “The dependency of others cannot be relied on… Unless, of course, if they’re STUPID-- and easy to control.”

Equipment

Well, he has the book of Absynthica. I could write an entire short story of how he obtains this book, and yes sir, I think I shall! Thirteen chapters-- bitches. However, in short, he took on a solitary quest, but begins to gain allies and rivals, and of course a romance. This ends quite badly, I should say, but at least he gets his accursed book.
On a different note, he also uses a staff blade, but it has the nasty habit of getting lost in different dimensions, so more reliably, Morcerus uses a wand, made out of Raven-cursed wood. Morcerus is a CROW anthro and has some rivalry with Raven Anthos. Hehe, I’ll put that in a short story. His ‘darling’ is a Raven chick.

History

As a Crow Anthro, he was born and raised in the Violet Keys. His parents—if you could call them that, both committed suicide as an act of “mutual romance”. Needless to say, it WAS terribly romantic. This was when Morcerus was, or about 8. From there, he was raised by on old witch(bitch) And she was crazy as hell, making the boy do strenuous magic spells completely on the ways of Light. Eventually Morcerus became….a wee bit frustrated with the apprenticeship, so he slit the woman’s throat. No harm done, right? With all of her arcane and ancient possessions, he took on a solitary quest to find a book. Yes, a book. A book of DEATH! This ambition led him to slash the love of his life’s face, kills his best friend (rezzes her) (And then banishes her). Aww, but he still cares. <3 From that point on, he took the profession of becoming a spell breaker, and by using knowledge from the BOOK—to combine his holy magic and darkness to create something….trippy. Morcerus became an engineer of magic, if you will.
