Lathera Dawnrose's Story

She opened the door, or rather, the door opened for her and as she made her way down the street the girl looked up at the now-darkened sky. "It's so...pretty."
"Most vampires find the night to be really annoying to be honest….. However I kind of failed to mention something to you when I turned you to a full vampire…"
"Well you remember how I said I am the son of Dracula? Well when I turned you and we exchanged blood, you got some of my blood inside of you…. that would make you royalty as well now….. However, that doesn't make you his daughter. So if I am a vampire prince and you are a vampire princess, I guess you could say, and if we are going out, do you see where I am going? Basically to put it blunt, if you wanted, which I doubt, you could marry me and become the next queen over the vampires…. But there is no way you would want that……." Jonathan then turns looking away sadly.
His eyes widen and he looks to her. "Well…. I mean you would have to spend the rest of your life with problems if we were to rule over everyone. Most vampires hate the idea of being royalty…… Are you sure you would want to spend your entire life with me?"
Laughing, Lat rolled her eyes. "It would be exactly WHAT I've been wishing for, hero. I mean, really. You're the only one I wanna spend my life with."
Jonathan notices that the house is now just burned down remains. He walks up to the remains of the house and kneels down muttering some words in an unknown language. He touches the ground feeling the remaining ashes and picks some up in his hands. Jonathan looks at them and then the wind blows the ashes out of his hand. He mutters something in an angry tone "Unforgivable…… They will not be forgiven………. I will kill them for doing this to your family…"
Lat fell to her knees, tears falling from her silver eyes. "H-how...how could they do this?!" She asked angrily. "I-is Letty still alive o-o-or is she...dead?"
Jonathan looks to Lat and there is darkness and anger in his eyes. "She might be alive, but if she is, she won't have much time left meaning if we are going to save her we need to go ASAP. Follow me." Jonathan suddenly stands, grabs her hand, and starts to run toward a nearby alley. He runs down the alley and then stops and then bends to the ground grabbing a section of the concrete. He suddenly rips part of the concrete off the ground and jumps down into a dark hole with her. Jonathan keeps running until they reach a mysterious black door with human skulls covered on it. The sounds of screaming comes from inside and there is blood and body parts surrounding the outside of the door. The smell of vomit, death, blood, and other disturbing things come from inside the door. He looks to Lat and suddenly kisses her. "Wait right here while I go in… If you were to go in, you would be killed on sight. These….. monsters know me and worship me so they MIGHT listen…… If anything happens… I will grab your sister, open the door pushing her out, and stay inside to hold them off as long as I can. I just want you to know that if this is the last time we see each other, that I love you more than any other."
Jonathan walks inside and closes it. A few minutes later, the sound of fighting starts and Lat's sister is pushed out of the door and Jonathan follows. "We need to move Now!!!"
