Brief History: Many know Cairo as just Spinster. He doesn't care if people know his identity or not, he's got nothing to hide and he likes the attention. He's been at the hero business for a few years so he has a lot to learn. For only a few years of experience he's accomplished quite a bit. From taking down a giant monster ravaging New York to busting up a whole army of an evil genius' robots. Cairo can mostly be found doing normal guy things like watching movies, playing video games, and going on dates; lots of dates.

Personality: Cairo is the regular "cool guy". He always has a smile on his face with teeth that could cause anyone to go blind. Always at the center of attention and forces himself to be there, Cairo is very outgoing and talkative. Many people have a dark side or get depressed and somber when they're alone, not Cairo, he's always happy. He's really good with one liners, as all superheroes should be, and throws them out at the perfect moments. He's always admired other superheroes, especially the big name ones that save the Earth from doomsday events. It would be a dream come true for the name Spinster to be up there with the big dogs.
Powers Description: Cairo's powers mainly come from his ability to manipulate wind, but he's come up with somewhat of a signature style for it. He does all of the regular things like flight, speed, shooting, and pulling. Cairo has figured out he doesn't get dizzy or nauseated when spinning and he takes advantage of it by forming himself into a tornado. He can fully control the size and speed of the tornado. This power acts as a destructive shield. It blocks all kinds of things like punches, bullets, and cars that are thrown towards him; that tends to happen a lot. It's not totally impervious though. He's also extended this power to causing other things to spin. People and bad guys get very sick in they are spun around too fast. Bullets have to spin one way to keep moving, spin them the other way and they drop like flies. Although he hasn't mastered it, he's learned to spin the cells on a persons body to accelerate the healing process. He's done it to himself a few times, but it was only for minor cuts. God knows what will happen if he screws that up.
Extended History: Cairo grew up a pretty normal life in the big city. He has two parents and no siblings. His parents never paid too much attention to them because they were both big-wigs for their own respective companies. So by a normal life, I mean a rich kid life. Cairo's father works a big car manufacturer and Cairo spent many of his days playing around in the factory, as safe as that sounds. On one fateful day, when Cairo was just 12 years old his father was testing out new wind tunnel technologies for testing out car speeds. As his father was showing off the new equipment to corporate executives, Cairo had wandered into the room just as it was vacuum sealed. After that point there was no stopping the process as he was blasted against the back wall with chemically enhanced winds. The process was over in just a minute and Cairo was left unscathed, other than his newly acquired powers. He began mastering them right away and was ecstatic that he had become a superhero.
