Appearance - Standing at five foot ten, Tullius is short for a Imperial but has worked to his advantage many times. Short brown hair and a scar across his forehead from years past. He was built slightly thin but muscled. He is stronger then he looks by far.

Personality - Tullius is a very saavy person. He likes to talk and hang out with the best of them and is a very care free person. Having pulled jobs from Imperial city to high rock and the Nordic lands of Skyrim, He has not had a care in the world, expect the thalmar, they have made his job a very difficult job. He also loves chatting up the ladies, a soft spot in his thieving little heart. You would not know it if you looked at him he was a sneaky thieving person. But that is the idea. No attention to yourself.

Background - Growing up in a village outside of the Imperial city Tullius had developed a habit of sneaking off and finding things and getting into places he shouldn't be able to. As a child he found it thrilling to steal things and then return them in the most oddest of locations. It was more of a personal challenge to him then anything else. As he got older, Tullius took a merchant job in the Imperial city selling various items from jewels to swords and everything in between. The shop was very popular for it could get just about anything you wanted at the right price. When a thalmar agent came to the shop searching for a precious gem, and finding it Accused the owner of stealing from the Dominion killed Tullius's boss and then almost tullius himself. He survived but had a scar on his forehead for the rest of his life. Course Tullius had taken the gem from a local shop in high rock six months ago, he had no idea what trouble it would bring. At the age of eighteen the thieves guild found him stealing from a member. They never actually caught him stealing the item, they found it on him from rumors of someone walking around with his from their informants. When questioned Tullius only smiled and admitted to taking it. It just so happens the current leader had found him and instead of hurting him, offered him a place within the guild. For years Tullius pulled jobs across the land earning a reputation for sneaking into places no one thought possible. Staying at a inn after pulling a rather hard job that involved a fire, three elves, and a ball of tar, to steal a captain's helmet from the thalmar Tullius slept rather soundly, till a voice woke him up telling him he was a agent of Talos.
