Julian is a mix between Caucasian and Japanese which explains his blonde hair. He stands at 6'1" and has a slim yet toned body build. Not too much of anything in one place. His eyes are a hazel color and seem black in certain lighting. His hair is medium length and he can be seen wearing it all in a small ponytail sometimes. His skin is a little on the paler side only to make is blonde hair stick out more. His clothing style isn't really anything too complicated. It's just a simple pair of skinny jeans and a t-shirt. He really doesn't feel the need to wear anything extremely extravagant to woo someone. At night time he also wears a pair of glasses, he should wear them all the time, but he doesn't.
Personality
Julian probably has one of the easiest to read personalities on the outside out of everyone. He tells you whatever he feels at the moment no matter how outrageous and awkward it may be for you. He can be very blunt and to the point with people as well. If you ever want to hear the truth from him he will definitely give it to you, even if it may make you feel bad. He doesn't believe in holding back what he wants to say to comfort someone. To him the best comfort is nothing more then shear honesty. If it was him he would much rather you tell him the truth rather than what you think he wants to hear. People who say anything to please you make him sick. Why don't you just be their slave while you're at it? It is an interesting statement to say seeing as he has to woo someone, so in a way he has to kiss up. With his no nonsense policy most find it hard to be around him. He doesn't really like to play games with people, unless he knows he will get some kind of rise out of them. Seeing people in some kind of pain to him is very interesting. You can think of him as a person who loves to watch others reactions to his actions. People can be pretty interesting when they want to be. Jules likes to tease people and sometimes he may go too far with it, however, if he thinks he has gone to far he will eventually apologize for it, but that rarely ever happens.
He isn't the type to go back on many of his actions. His train of thought is if he did or said something to hurt you, then you must have done something to make him say it. In other words he doesn't take the blame or responsibility for many of his actions. Julian believes if you can't take what he is saying to you, then you need to grow thicker skin. If you can't handle a small insult from him then how can you handle the much tougher world before you? It may be arrogant, but he considers himself a bit higher then everyone else seeing as he doesn't get upset easily. He will let people lash out on him and say whatever they want to him. If it makes them feel better then he can say he has helped someone out today. He doesn't let what others say about him affect him in short. If he did he would have jumped off of a bridge by now.
When it comes to love he doesn't see it like everyone else does. He doesn't believe in it in the slightest bit. To him falling in love with someone just means you can stand to be around them. This explains why whenever he had a girlfriend or even boyfriend before whenever they told him they loved him he would just laugh. It seems rude to many, yet to him he is just getting another person to confess that they can stand to be around him. Love is just one huge joke to him and he never takes anyone serious if they say it to him. Come to think of it he has never really been in love with someone. He just floats from relationship to relationship feeling the same way after each one. Nothing. It's weird for him to make someone fall in love with him but it is worth a shot right? He doubts he will truly feel anything for the person though. After he achieves his goal his brother will have a nice home to live in and he will just glide into a new relationship. Most couldn't tell that he didn't love them whenever they dated him though. He was good at flowing through the emotions of love, but never truly feeling it. He knows he might have to try and feel it a little when he gets the Shinzo he wants to fall for him though. It has to be believable so he can get his reward and move on with his life.

Julian doesn't plan on actually falling in love himself. He may like flirting a lot, but once things start getting too serious he will eventually leave that person. To him he is just doing this as a means to an end. He himself doesn't really believe in love. It's not that he is scared of it he just thinks it doesn't really exist. So if he has to make some person fall for him and then can leave them he is perfectly fine with that.
Reward
His younger brother who is five years younger then him is currently in a foster home. He doesn't know Julian exist and honestly Julian likes it to stay that way. His reward will be his younger brother being able to get an extremely capable family to take care of him. It is better then he himself doing it after all.
