Place of birth: New Orleans, Louisiana.

Race: mixed with strong hints of Spanish and French as well as British.

Bio: Valentine was born in Louisiana, and when he dies, he wants his ashes spread over the bayou. He sent the first 16 years of his life on the streets and swamps, of new Orleans and because of that, he know what its like to live with out a home. He was turned by a so called "witch doctor" and had spent the majority of his time as a vampire there with him . His master taught him a great many things, as a result of this, he can speak Spanish, French, Latin, and Aramaic. He can also read all of the for mentioned tongs as well. Hellsing came across Val when the great Alucard killed his master in fight in the late 80s and for the next 15 years, Val spent in the deepest part of the hellsing dungeons until he was deemed useful to hellsing, even through the fall of the first hellsing manor, he was locked in. Val was pretty much forgotten until construction of the new hellsing school dug up his old cell, with him still chained to the wall. He has since become the Schools doctor and linguistics officer as well as their "student admin". Since she was the person to dig him up, and nurse him back to health, he has a slight crush on Seras Victoria.

Kit: One 357 magnum pistol of unknown make and model that he calls the "bulldog" , one Germen made PO-8 luger that he calls "Hans", and one M2 Browning made 50. heavy machinegun modified with a carrying system and firing trigger that he calls "ma Duce".
