Title: Eve hasn't chosen an alias. She tries to keep the general public from knowing as much about her as possible. Despite this, a few of those who have seen her have dubbed her "Little Red Riding Hood", due to her small stature and the red jacket she wears, putting the hood up to help conceal her identity. While she is not terribly happy with this, it is just a small group at the moment, and the only way to get them to stop would be to provide another name.
Real Name: Eve Watson
Race: Human
Age: 16
Pic:
Appearance: Eve is quite short and slight for her age, a fact that, when coupled with her relative lack of growth in certain areas, occasionally lead some to mistake her for a middle schooler. This irritates her immensely when it happens. Her attire is largely as shown, with the addition of a red jacket.
Personality: Eve is calm, serious, and intelligent. Slightly withdrawn from her fellow heroes, she is often content to simply observe their interactions without interfering. When she does get involved in conversation, Eve is usually polite and level-headed, something that seems to carry over into battle as well. She isn't in the habit of expressing herself however, and can even seem cold at times. Her social skills aren't always up to par either. She applies logic and reasoning to a certain extent in nearly every situation, and is not above lying or fooling others if it's to serve a purpose that she feels makes up for it. In the end though, she really is an idealist at heart, and is willing to forgo the smart choice for the right one any day of the week.
Skills and Powers:
-Time Stop- Eve has the ability to temporarily halt the flow of time, freezing it for everything but herself and whatever happens to be touching her, directly or indirectly. While it does have its advantages, keeping other things unfrozen saps her energy at a faster rate than it would normally drain from the use of her power. For small things like her firearms and clothing, the effect is almost unnoticeable, but larger objects, especially living things, require significantly more energy. It should be noted that, for the most part, she doesn't actually choose what does and does not remain frozen. Anything she touches, with the exception of large, non-living things, is as free to move about as she is while time remains frozen, provided it doesn't break contact with her. This weakness is part of the reason she doesn't want too much known about her.
-Combat Training- Of course, given the nature of her power, Eve can't rely on it alone to get things done. As such, she has ensured that she is trained in both hand-to-hand and armed combat. Given her size and strength, her abilities in melee are still not great, but they are better than those of most ordinary citizens. Ranged fighting, particularly with firearms, is where Eve shines. Her aim is exemplary, she's learned to deal with recoil, and she has a knack for taking ballistics into account, making her a formidable opponent in a firefight even without her ability. Separating her from her weaponry however, significantly reduces the threat she poses.
-Keen Mind- Finally, Eve is quite clever, as you've probably already gathered, and a good thing too, since her ability's strength is derived from what you can think to do with it, and is all but useless to someone without an enterprising mind like hers. In addition to being good for the use of her talents, and for armature sleuthing, she can occasionally be quite strong willed and focused, though this isn't always a good thing.
Equipment: On her person, Eve has two pistols holstered underneath her jacket, and one combat knife in a sheath strapped to her leg. She does have other armaments, but it would obviously be impractical, and indeed impossible, to carry them all around with her. As such, she keeps the vast majority of her weaponry back at the Infinity Squad's underground base. The rest can be found hidden throughout the city to be collected if needed in the field. Exactly where she obtains most of these things, along with how she replenishes them, is not something she has shared with the group, though she may if anyone asks.
History: Eve's history is surprisingly unremarkable. She grew up in a small town where the biggest crimes you'd ever come across were loitering or disorderly conduct. Unfortunately, it was also incredibly boring, which was probably what resulted in the aforementioned disorderly conduct. Since she learned how to read, nearly all of Eve's time was spent in the town library, though occasionally she'd accompany her father, the town sheriff, down to the shooting range. When her power finally manifested itself, Eve knew right away what she should do with them, and set out to become a superhero. Of course, she had to leave the town to actually do that, since there wasn't really any crime there to stop, let alone anything that would require her intervention. So Eve left to find a city with more serious problems that could be solved through careful application of super-violence, leaving a note on the kitchen table loosely explaining her absence, which in retrospect probably sounded insane to anyone who read it.
Eventually, after a bit of wandering, perfecting her talents, and "acquiring" some weapons to complement her rather non-aggressive ability, a time she secretly likes to think she was sort of like the Lone Ranger during, she finally found her way to Gigatopia, where she ended up joining the Infinity Squad.
